I had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental office. After a recent procedure, I was forced to pay the entire cost out of pocket because they coded the procedure incorrectly. Despite the fact that X-rays clearly showed the issue and justified the treatment, they refused to correct the coding error and reprocess the claim through insurance.Their unwillingness to fix their mistake left me with an unnecessary financial burden. I trusted them to handle the billing properly, but instead, I was met with poor customer service and a refusal to take responsibility for their error. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before choosing this office, as their lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable.

English speaking and bills United Concordia directly! The office is very nice and clean. Everyone I spoke with had a smile on their face and were very nice. I took my 5 year old because her filling had fallen out. Dr. Savage was able to fill her tooth right then and there. Dr. Savage was so good to my 5 year old and sister who tagged along. He ended the visit with making them a balloon flower and a ballon dog. I highly recommend this place for military families and highly recommend Dr. Savage for any pediatric visits.

Three stars because the entire staff is super friendly and they make it easy using Tricare (united concordia). I went here for nearly three years and every cleaning i was in and out in less than 10 minutes (not nearly enough time for a good cleaning). Also, I pointed out obvious cavities and was told it's just normal staining and sent on my way. Now I'm back in the states and guess what.. multiple cavities and a crown... Find a dentist that will take the time to actually take care of your teeth.

I do not wish to mess up their ratings, but I can not comment without selecting a star.
I called to make an appointment, because an American sign was posted on your website that led me to believe English was spoken at this practice. To my surprise when I asked the receptionist if she spoke English, she said a little. I proceeded to try to make an appointment. Immediately she begin to sound agitated which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by not knowing her language well enough to make the appointment quickly. She blurted out...do you want to be registered or nein. I quickly got off of the phone and proceeded to find another dentist office that spoke English and then cancelled the appointment with them. Maybe the dentist speaks English and is a good dentist, but I would have to check in with the receptionist first, and I refuse to go through that again. I know my language limitations and would not have called if there was not an American flag on the website. Some people are not nice when you don't know their language well.

Visiting Dr. Smith’s office today was amazing. Very excited that we now at least know what the issue is with our son’s tooth! The doctor was able to numb his mouth and he had no idea what was happening! Great place for kids! And that get amazing ballon animals when they’re done!
