I had the pleasure of having Dr. Justine Borys take care of my mild toothache on very short notice. I was exceptionally pleased by her kind, gentle, and very professional treatment. Of particular note is that I requested her to fix a filling that was not well executed. I highly recommend her as she is just great in every way. Also, the office management personnel are outstanding. It's always a pleasant experience to visit these Dental facilities.

This is, by far, the best dental clinic I have encountered. I recently brought my mother in for a tooth extraction and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by both the dentists and the staff. The doctors, and all the staff are very kind, understanding, and warm. They don’t speak to patients in a scolding manner; they provide detailed information about the treatment and every step of the process. We didn’t feel stressed. On our first visit, we went to the wrong address and were late, but no one got upset with us or threatened us (like saying, “I won’t accept you again”)

Die Ärzte und das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und warmherzig. Sie sprechen nicht in einem schimpfenden Ton mit den Patienten; sie geben detaillierte Informationen über die Behandlung und jeden Schritt des Prozesses. Wir haben uns nicht gestresst gefühlt. Bei unserem ersten Besuch sind wir zur falschen Adresse gegangen und waren zu spät, aber niemand war verärgert oder hat uns gedroht (zum Beispiel mit „Ich nehme Sie nicht mehr an“).

When you’re not in your home country and have a health issue, you need to find someone like Dr. Doryumu.
He’s empathetic, reassuring, and dedicated to his patients.
My experience with Dr. Lilas was also excellent; she’s a highly skilled professional, and I would definitely choose her for my care again.
However, the reception staff could improve to match the quality of these great professionals. Perhaps due to cultural differences, the initial impression might not be as positive, even though the staff is pleasant overall.
Lastly, let’s discuss Dr. Holstein. In my opinion, Dr. Doryumu faces a significant challenge with this German doctor.
Dr. Holstein comes across as cold, arrogant, and willing.

I have two diseases that have just absolutely destroyed my teeth. Dr. Aumary was given the daunting task of cleaning up my dental mess and he did an absolutely brilliant job! I am extremely pleased with the results! He painstakingly spent hours going tooth by tooth to restore my oral health. Unfortunately, three teeth were beyond saving and needed to be removed. Dr. Aumary surgically extracted these teeth with extreme care and precision and without complications. Dr. Aumary has always conducted himself with the utmost integrity and professionalism. His good-natured and cheerful personality instantly make you feel more calm and comfortable. At every visit, he took the time to explain procedures, listen to my concerns, and answer questions. His kindness, understanding, and dedication to his work have been greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Aumary and this office to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist!

Also war heute in der Praxis von Dr. Doryumu. Wurde gut und erfolgreich von Dr. Kassem und seiner Stuhlassistentin Lena behandelt. Sehr freundlich. Überhaupt das ganze Praxispersonal. Sehr freundlich auch die anwesenden Ärzte. Dr. Doryumu ist auch immer zu einem freundlichen Gespräch bereit. Fazit: 5 Sterne und empfehlenswert.

Dr. Aumary ist der mit Abstand BESTE Zahnarzt den ich jemals hatte !! Immer freundlich, gut gelaunt und sympathisch.
Wenn er die Füllung macht ist diese so perfekt, dass man sie im Mund nicht wahrnimmt. Zudem alles ohne Schmerzen.

Up to now I was a normal health insurance patient, but this had changed and I am now insured with tricare, which was not a problem at all. the entire team is super friendly and the doctor treated my teeth without me even noticing anything about the treatment. Das ist die mit Abstand beste Zahnärztin bei der ich je war!
Sie hört einem zu und sorgt dafür das die Schmerzen behandelt werden egal wie viel Zeit dies beansprucht.

Ich war vor ca.2 Wochen bei Dr. Aumary z.Behandlung wegen meine Brücke. Dr. Aumary hat mich gut Beraten und Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen mir alles zu erklären. Sehr netter Arzt. First off, this office was able to get me in very quickly as a new patient just for a check-up - even though it is clear they are fully booked, very appreciated! I had my first appointment this morning and was very impressed with the level of service. Everyone I came in contact with was kind and understanding - especially the woman who scheduled my follow up appointment (Thank you!!). There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the time of my appointment but the office made sure I was more than taken care of today. Would 10/10 recommend this office. Thank you so much!

Now that we are moving back to the states, I can honestly say that we will miss our dentist office most of all. Doryumu and team...you are the best!

Dr. Doryumu and his staff are so kind and caring, and they all work together like a well-oiled machine. Over the last four years here in Germany, we have tested them with all four kids and myself and our variety of needs. From teeth cleanings and filling replacements to wisdom teeth removal, we always felt that we were in the best hands. I even recommended them to a friend who was terrified of dentists and promised her that they would take care of her. She came back with smiles and thanked me for helping her find a kind-hearted dentist after she had bounced around to others in the area with disappointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Doryumu for your dental needs!!
