Last year they removed my infected wisdom tooth, broke my jaw in the process, and dismissed me when I complained of severe pain. 2 days later I was hospitalized for an infection resulting from the jaw fracture. And trying to get my X-rays from them afterwards was, pardon the pun, like pulling teeth. Shady.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Justine Borys take care of my mild toothache on very short notice. I was exceptionally pleased by her kind, gentle, and very professional treatment. Of particular note is that I requested her to fix a filling that was not well executed. I highly recommend her as she is just great in every way. Also, the office management personnel are outstanding. It's always a pleasant experience to visit these Dental facilities.

This is, by far, the best dental clinic I have encountered. I recently brought my mother in for a tooth extraction and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism demonstrated by both the dentists and the staff. The doctors, and all the staff are very kind, understanding, and warm. They don’t speak to patients in a scolding manner; they provide detailed information about the treatment and every step of the process. We didn’t feel stressed. On our first visit, we went to the wrong address and were late, but no one got upset with us or threatened us (like saying, “I won’t accept you again”)

Die Ärzte und das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich, verständnisvoll und warmherzig. Sie sprechen nicht in einem schimpfenden Ton mit den Patienten; sie geben detaillierte Informationen über die Behandlung und jeden Schritt des Prozesses. Wir haben uns nicht gestresst gefühlt. Bei unserem ersten Besuch sind wir zur falschen Adresse gegangen und waren zu spät, aber niemand war verärgert oder hat uns gedroht (zum Beispiel mit „Ich nehme Sie nicht mehr an“).

When you’re not in your home country and have a health issue, you need to find someone like Dr. Doryumu.
He’s empathetic, reassuring, and dedicated to his patients.
My experience with Dr. Lilas was also excellent; she’s a highly skilled professional, and I would definitely choose her for my care again.
However, the reception staff could improve to match the quality of these great professionals. Perhaps due to cultural differences, the initial impression might not be as positive, even though the staff is pleasant overall.
Lastly, let’s discuss Dr. Holstein. In my opinion, Dr. Doryumu faces a significant challenge with this German doctor.
Dr. Holstein comes across as cold, arrogant, and willing.
