The mark of a good dental office is a helpful, caring professional staff that takes good care of patients. Those are the traits in this office. The mark of a great dental office is the knowledge to know when another professional office is required for patients’ care. To send me to a periodontist for my needs. That’s what Wiesbaden Dental Care does! It takes the best care of each patient. Most importantly when that means sending a patient to a specialist. I won’t name names because I do not want to miss anyone. This office is the absolute best dental office I have ever had the opportunity and pleasure to visit. Don’t waste your time or risk your teeth anywhere else. I do not recommend any service provider lightly. Go to Wiesbaden Dental Care with complete confidence.

Couple weeks ago, I had a tooth emergency and ended up at Wiesbaden Dental Care.
Dr. Christopher Sturmes and his team are amazing. Even though it was almost closing time, the front desk staff did not hesitate to make sure I got seen by the dentist.
You guys are such a amazing team. I cant imagine what other magic gets done in your office on a daily basis.

I had been a steady customer for 2.5 years until this week, where I was told *after* my cleaning and X-rays that they would no longer be filling with my insurance anymore.

I knew that I was paying a premium, but going to Wiesbaden Dental but not having to fill out insurance paperwork was worth it to me. I asked why this wasn’t communicated when I first walked in and was told by the receptionist that they posted it on Facebook.

Forgive me for not following them on Facebook.

I will not be returning as a customer.

I have been coming to this dental clinic for more than seven years now. The staff is pleasant a day friendly. The cleaning is always thorough. And Dr. Marburger is THE BEST!!! I had zirconium caps done by a German dentist that almost destroyed my gums. Dr. Mulberry replaced them and I could nt be happier! He is very patient and he is very knowledgeable! Another plus is the clinic filing the claim with the insurance company.
Sich a huge help! This clinic is highly recommended!

Wildly expensive, expect to pay €300/person, INCLUDING CHILDREN. They DO NOT accept VAT forms even though you are PAYING IN EURO.
Significantly more expensive than an average dental visit in the US. This place literally exists to leech off tri-care.

I have high dental anxiety, very high, which sometimes prevents me from visiting the dentist as often as I should. Unfortunately, I broke a tooth, I called and was able to be seen that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sturms was fantastic, kind, patient and very understanding of my anxiety, as was his assistant. I was there for 2 hours and he fixed my issue with zero pain or discomfort, this includes after procedure was complete. My experience was so positive I have scheduled my next appointment. The cost seemed reasonable to me but my insurance is accepted and they are a preferred partner with my insurance. Very grateful for such a positive dental experience.

I was really impressed with both the breadth of experience, the conservative approach and the really comfortable chair-side manner of Dr. Marburger. My family and I have had all around positive experiences at this practice with multiple dentists. Our kids were comfortable. We were generally seen on time. The dentists and hygienists take plenty of time during appointments to do thorough work. It’s nice to be able to easily communicate without anyone judging your total and utter failure to learn basic German.

Prices are highest in town, quoted me 2,000 dollars for a crown, as a civilian my insurance isn't as good as they think it is. Definitely taking advantage of trip-care people while here I can get a gold crown from the Germans for that price.

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and it has been the best dental clinic. I was traumatized as a child because of overly sensitive teeth/strong nerves, and have always been terrified of the dentist. But Dr. Lackhoff is as skilled and gentle as she is funny and friendly. All while being honest , polite, and helpful. The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly, and I love that they work WITH you, instead of ON you. I cannot say enough good things.

We've had an excellent experience here without any issues. And so I'm surprised the rating isn't much higher. All of the staff are always helpful and polite. Dr Lackhoff is very experienced, honest and thorough. Stephanie was my dental hygienist and she was so nice! She did a great job and was so caring, thorough & professional simultaneously! She's the best hygienist I've had and I've had some wonderful ones, so it means a lot :)

My family goes here and we love it. The staff is very friendly. My children's dentist is great with the kids and never pushes them to do something if they aren't comfortable. His goal is to make the dentist a pleasant experience so they don't avoid the dentist as adults.
