My wife and me has announced to come months ago. We had a great sales service by Ismail. When we came into the clinic, we were a bit surprised that we have waited for two hours before the dentist has announced us to start. The first dentist room on the first floor was definitely fine. We have started to see what we can do and what is possible. To this time everything was fine and we have agreed on six dental crowns, one dental implant and bleaching for both. 30 minutes later we were announced to come into the second floor and the horror scenario began. No hygienic rooms, no displays to show the x-ray pics (pics were shown by private mobile phones of dentists/nurses), very old technical equipment's and very incompetent nurses. We had in total 9 days and they have told us to finish everything in five days. On the last day we were still on fixing the dental crowns because of incompetent dentist. Until the last minute the employees were not interested in the healthiness and success of our needs. Everything was gone very fast and everybody were just interested to go home. It was a real disaster.

During our sessions we had many discussions with the sales manager ATAKAN and the accountant. Nobody of them accept any critical points. Nobody of them were outside of Turkey to understand what we have mentioned. The standard for a Turkish clinic was very bad and not acceptable.

In conclusion I can tell you that the clinic of Pertev Kökdemir is a disaster without any good recommendation. The dentists in the clinic are very young and have not the knowledge of an European dentist. During our sessions we have decided to stop the work on the dental implant as the hygienic system was not given. In addition we are not satisfied with the work as the crowns are still waggle. The bleaching was a blamage as they have burned my gum...

It looks that Mr. Kökdemir is changing the employees every time as we have meet some old clients in the clinic and they have told us that team two years ago was a total different one.
