Stop replying to the reviews with useless words and admit that your practice is not good at all. you are not professional, laughing and not taking serious a pacient, cancelling cleanings without preventing and doing wrong your job! you did a filling so bad taht my actual dentist needed to remake it 100% again!

I have been going to this practice for eight years and I am still just as satisfied.
Appointments are made by phone but are very quick to get.
I had the opportunity to be treated by Arnold Jansen and then Nermin, and both doctors are attentive and patient.
The entire assistant team is also super friendly and efficient!

If I weren't so happy with my own dentist, I'd pick these guys. I came here for an emergency and they were so calm and friendly. (in contrast to some other emergency dentists) Also, this place is incredibly beautiful, you feel better already just entering the courtyard.

Love that i can speak Spanish with Dr. Esther, and shes really nice and explains everything you want to know.
As different from other praxis that doesn’t treat patients good because they dont know that much german, here is quite different. So Glad i ran into this dentist.

Me quedé encantado con la profesionalidad, la amabilidad, la paciencia y la sinceridad con que se hacen las cosas en esta consulta. Hasta que me sentí estafado con la factura. Sin justificación verdadera, la elección de un factor fue demasiado alta. Pero no hubo manera de aclararlo. La única manera sería denunciar y perder mucho tiempo y energía. Creo que es un abuso de poder. Tengan cuidado con la elección de los factores y pidan explicaciones antes de aceptar el tratamiento.

Reading the last review, I am surprised to hear they would have a bad attitude because Esther is one of the nicest doctors I've been to and she's very fair. I've been with her for 3 years now.

I don't speak German and they are the friendliest. They speak so many languages and don't have that typical bad behaviour towards foreigners as other praxis do sometimes. So attacking them for their ethics in attending non Germans seems unfair to me.

My partner had two wisdom teeth removed with the other doctor and he said it was so relaxed, nice and professional (a surgeon at another praxis didn't want to do it because it was too complicated but here they did it no problem and no complications). They genuinely are there to help and don't take advantage or randomly do stuff just take your money. This is the first dentist my partner trusts in his 35 years of life.

The reception is also quick and nice. They reply to emails really fast.
The praxis was recommended to me by my Spanish friend and I tend to recommend them to my friends too.

Tuve una sola atención y las señoritas que me atendieron la primera vez fueron muy amables en español. Lamentablemente, hoy fue mi segunda cita y el hombre de la recepción no entendió cuando pronuncié el nombre del Dr. Thomas Neisius entendió todo menos con quién tenía la cita, le hablé todo en alemán, y de manera irónica se rió, se paro de su silla y se fue fastidiado a llamar a la Dra. Esther que habla español que estaba cerca. Ni bien me vió la doctora empezó a decirme: "en todos los años que trabajo acá no me había tocado a alguien como con esa actitud y que debería ser mejor", el hombre de la recepción se burló de mi por no saber pronunciar bien el nombre del inplantologo (que solo habla alemán e inglés), y que ella o otra colega "me haría el favor" de traducirmelo lo que me diría el inplantologo, además defendió al recepcionista y le dijo en alemán poniendo en duda mi mala experiencia: "unsympathisch" en mi delante, pensado que no entiendo alemán, mi pronunciación no es buena pero entiendo el idioma, el lenguaje no verbal es universal y más delicado aún si se trata de "profesionales de la salud". Semanas previas ya había enviado un correo en alemán (escrito por mi esposo nativo aleman) solicitando que me ayuden a entender el procedimiento delicado de un implante en español que es una intervención quirúrgica,
costoso y que normalmente la caja cubre solo un pequeño %.

No deberían poner en su página web que puede uno atenderse en idioma español porque no es cierto en todos lo casos.

Muchos estamos aprendiendo el idioma y mientras tanto necesitamos atención dental.

Excellent dentist Esther, accurate, professional and careful. She speaks Spanish with me. She repaired some caries and did an endodontics, all without any pain and perfect. The clinic have the most modern equipment I've seen in at least 5 other clinics in Berlin. Now it's my main clinic. The surgeon completed an apicectomy without any pain, and with music, what is perfect! He speaks English kindly with me.
