This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life! The first two appointments they made me wait over five hours past my appointment time, with no empathy or consideration for my time. For my third appointment I was unfortunately sick and had to schedule - they then had the audacity to say I need to pay 75 euro for the doctor’s time. I refused and pointed out the disrespect they have for other people’s time. Since then, it’s been a nightmare: they constantly call me at strange hours, then cancel, don’t call then when they are actually supposed to, are not able to provide proper paperwork, and are just rude. The entitlement is outstanding. I have never been to a practice that plays power games with their clients because they cannot accept their own poor behavior - it is deeply childish. Do not go here if you want a normal, adult experience.

Update: my final experiences continued to be horrible - I came for my final crown appointment looking forward to this nightmare being over, and I waited and waited and saw the doctor come into the office towards the end of my appointment time. I no longer had any trust left, so I asked if I could change doctors and I got an appointment for 11:20 the next day. When I came into the office the next day at 11:10 they told me my appointment was for 11! At this point I just broke down crying. I was seen and got my crown and I just look forward to never going back to this do it again! Do not recommend under any circumstances!!!!

Ich war bereits bei mehreren Zahnärzten in verschiedenen Ländern, aber eine Klinik wie diese habe ich bisher nicht gefunden.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment war alles perfekt. Höchste Qualität, ein äußerst freundliches und kompetentes Team und eine Arbeit, die wirklich professionell und nach höchsten Standards ausgeführt wird.

The staff are friendly and the clinic is modern and clean. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. On multiple visits, I felt there was a strong focus on promoting privately paid treatments rather than addressing the reason for my appointment.

Most recently, I booked what I understood to be the annual insurance-covered Zahnsteinentfernung. Upon arrival, I was asked to sign paperwork related to a billing service, which I declined because I believed the treatment was fully covered by my statutory insurance. After several discussions, I was again offered a private professional cleaning (PZR) instead.

The appointment ultimately consisted of a very brief check-up followed by a lengthy discussion about optional paid services. I left feeling that my time had been wasted and will be looking for a different dental practice.

I had a really great experience at this dental clinic. I came in with severe tooth pain, and as a French student in Germany, I was quite stressed because I thought my European Health Insurance Card would cover everything. Unfortunately, I ended up having to pay, but the team did everything they could to help me.

I especially want to thank Nora at the reception. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Since I don’t speak German very well, she even called my health insurance company for me and helped me communicate with them. She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.

The clinic also offered me a reduced price for my consultation, which I really appreciated since I am a student. I was seen very quickly, and everything was handled efficiently. The dentist was professional, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything, making me feel much less anxious.

The clinic itself is beautiful, it’s newly renovated, modern, and very welcoming. The whole team is young, but you can really tell they genuinely care about their patients and want to help.

I was originally planning to go back to France to have my wisdom teeth removed, but after this experience, I’m seriously considering having the procedure done here instead. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional, caring, and efficient dental care. Thank you again to the whole team, and especially to Nora!

Ich war bei einer Behandlung wegen meines kaputten Retainers (Halterung für die Zähne wie Zahnspange) und der wurde einfach geklebt anstatt fachgerecht in seine Halterung wieder einzuführen. Es fühlt sich an wie gebastelt, der Arzt hätte aufklären müssen, dass es einen Kieferorthopädie benötigt. Ich weiß wirklich nicht, ob sich die 50 euro, die ich bezahlt habe, für den Arzt lohnen, wenn man so einen unzuverlässigen und Inkompetenzen Eindruck hinterlässt.
