It's a small dentist office, with just a few employees and a feeling of how it was to go to the dentist 15 years ago! That being said, I am much more satisfied there than I was at a bigger "fancier" dentist office where they kept pushing me to have unnecessary treatments! I now moved all the family to the praxis of Dr. Haesloop :-)

He is a very good dentist with a gentle manner and careful explanations. The nurses are also very friendly. I can communicate with him in English very well.

10/10 My fav dentist. I would even say, my fav doc/practice in Germany. Everyone, especially Dr. Dirk, made me feel very comfortable, spoke in English and gave me the best treatment for my issues. 🦷
Additionally, the receptionist is probably the happiest person I've met, I liked her instantly haha. 💕

Dr. Dirk Haesloop is a rare discovery: kind, thorough, and knowledgeable, a true professional. The root canal experience was beyond my expectations. The staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. Highly recommend.

Very polite, kind and fast! Although, some nurse could not properly speak English, but they are very helpful and try to slowly understand our issue. Note: the doctor could fluently speak English, and they are super friendly!
