I have been a patient of Dr. Christian Hermes since November 2023 and always feel very well taken care of. He is not only highly skilled and professional, but also a people person who clearly enjoys his work and genuinely cares about his patients. The staff are equally friendly, supportive, and welcoming, which creates a very comfortable atmosphere from the moment you enter the clinic. He simply made a dentist appointment a very normal and stress-free experience, which is quite rare in my humble life experience and also so important for regular dental care. As an international student in Erlangen, I especially value how approachable and understanding everyone is, they take the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel at ease. You will almost feel like you have gained an extra local friend who looks out for you. I can highly recommend Dr. Hermes and his team to anyone, especially other students who may be nervous about visiting the dentist in Germany.

Mir wurde die die Praxis empfohlen, nachdem mein zuvor langjähriger Zahnarzt einen Backenzahn total verpfuscht hatte. Ich hatte massive Schmerzen und im Zahnzwischenraum war Platz für ein halbes Hähnchen. In der alten Praxis hieß es, ich brauche dringend eine Krone, der Zahn wäre nicht mehr zu retten. Dr. Hermes willigte ein, sich den Zahn anzusehen, obwohl eigentlich keine Kapazität mehr vorhanden war. Er stellte den Zahn perfekt (ohne Krone) wieder her, nahm sich Zeit, war super freundlich und professionell. Seitdem keine Schmerzen mehr und keine Essensreste mehr zwischen den Zähnen. Das ist jetzt über ein Jahr her. Die Zahnreinigungen und Nachuntersuchungen waren immer spitze!!! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön, ein riesiges Lob und eine absolute Empfehlung!

Den vielen positiven Bewertungen kann ich nur zustimmen. Sehr freundliches Praxis Team und ein sehr serviceorientierter und erfahrener Zahnarzt (Dr. Chris Hermes). Hier fühlt man sich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben. Es wird sich Zeit genommen für ausführliche Gespräche. Auch spontan einen Termin bekommen ist möglich, wenn es die Lage zulässt. Hands on the best dentist in Erlangen. I have been a patient with him since 2018 and much appreciate him and the team. Recently one of my old tooth crowns from India fell off. My Experience was just the best. Dr. Hermes, efficiently handled the situation that I am not in pain anymore. I would hands down suggest this practice if you are looking for an English Speaking doctor, combined with really good experience. Beste Praxis die es gibt. Hier geht man gerne zum Zahnarzt. Besser geht es nicht. Nach unzähligen Zahnarztpraxen bin ich froh, endlich meine Zahnarztpraxis gefunden zu haben. Super Team und Menschlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben.

Ich erzielte hier, in Verbindung mit der Kieferorthopädischen Behandlung ein Herausragendes Ergebnis. Bild 1-2 zeigt vorher, so kam ich in diese Zahnarztpraxis. Bild 3-4 zeigt das herausragende Ergebnis nach der Behandlung bei der Zahnarztpraxis. Dr. Chris Hermes. Außerdem versuchte er das Bestmöglichste Ergebnis für mich zu erzielen und ich war sehr überrascht, wie gut Ihm das gelungen ist. Die Arbeit ist einfach sensationell geworden. Das Team und die ZFA's harmonieren hier ebenfalls bestens zusammen, heraus kommt ein Klasse Endergebnis. Ja was soll ich noch sagen, ich bin bin sehr dankbar und zufrieden, ich komme wenn ich zum Zahnarzt muss nur noch hierher. Vielen Dank nochmals.

I didn't think it was possible to go from being terrified of the dentist to happy to go for a checkup but Dr Hermes really made that happen. I had some very bad work which I lived with for years because I didn't want to go through the experience again. But Dr Hermes is incredibly kind and friendly, gentle, explains everything in detail (in perfect English) and makes sure that you as the patient understand and are in control of all decisions. I needed quite some corrective work done but his methods were non-invasive, painless and really considerate to my experience and comfort as the patient. And finally, the work he did makes me happy and comfortable to smile at people for the first time in my adult life. Cannot thank and recommend him enough!

Dr. Chris Hermes was the best doctor we had regularly visited in our 3 years in Germany. From tooth cleaning to extraction of wisdom teeth and children check-ups, we visited his clinic around 10 times. The staff is always welcoming with a smile. This is going to be a long one..My husband found this practice. He is very particular with his health care providers and could not recommend Dr Hermes enough. I had the privilege of experiencing such professionalism myself. Dr Hermes is a gentle dentist who genuinely cares about his patients, he makes you feel relaxed and you can trust him immediately. He knows exactly what he is doing, and he explains everything in precise detail as to what he is doing and when. Its the best experience I have ever had. His staff are friendly and accommodating. I have never walked into any dentistry looking forward to my treatment. I took my children ( 4 and 1 ) to him for their check up and he was amazing with them too. They loved him and want to go back there every day. Obviously the fluency in English is a cherry on top. I am so happy we have found the right dentist for our family.
