I had an excellent experience with this doctor. I came in with severe gum inflammation and a painful toothache, and after a thorough examination, the doctor identified the issue as an adjacent tooth requiring a root canal revision. The entire treatment was covered by my health insurance, and every step was clearly explained to me in English. The doctor was highly professional, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I received. I’m glad to have found my dentist. thank you!

We were recommended by a friend and we are very satisfied with this practice. It is renovated and new, the front desk are very welcoming and nice. They also have forms in English. I especially liked the treatment as I could feel that they cared for me as a patient. The dental nurse that cleaned my teeth took the time to explain everything to me.

Ich hatte eine gute Erfahrung mit Dr. Lohnstrom, bis sie mir eine Wurzelbehandlung an einem meiner Vorderzähne empfahl und durchführte. Ich hatte volles Vertrauen, dass dies die richtige Entscheidung war, und ohne zu zögern habe ich sie akzeptiert. Nicht nur, dass die Wurzelbehandlung schlecht durchgeführt wurde, ich hatte in den letzten 2 Jahren auch noch Schmerzen und eine Infektion. Als ich fragte, was das Problem sein könnte, hatte Dr. Lohnstrom keine Antwort. Sie verschrieb Antibiotika und entließ mich. Als ich immer wieder mit Fragen zurückkam, wies sie mich schnell ab. Schließlich bekam ich von Dr. Lohnstrom eine Überweisung an einen Chirurgen für eine "spezielle" Röntgenuntersuchung, die 800 Euro kosten sollte und von der Versicherung nicht übernommen wurde. Ich dachte, ich würde meinen Zahn verlieren.
Nachdem ich das Röntgenbild, das Dr. Lohnstrom von meinem Zahn gemacht hatte, einem anderen Zahnarzt gezeigt hatte, war das Problem schnell gelöst. Die Füllung war zu weit oben und drang in den Zahnknochen ein. Ich ließ die Wurzelbehandlung wiederholen und habe jetzt keine Schmerzen mehr.

Meine letzte Erfahrung mit Dr. Lohnstrom hat mir nicht gefallen, und ich denke, es lohnt sich, dies für jeden aufzuschreiben, der eine Wurzelbehandlung bei Dr. Lohnstrom durchführen lassen möchte.

If you do not know how to speak german but you wanna visit a dentist, this is the place for you. Not just the dentist, the whole team speaks english. You can take appointments over phone using English. Dr. Lonnstorm is such a nice person, explains everything to you and does the procedures real quick and stressfree. I had one of my wisdom tooth removed and got some fillings too. Everything was done so effortlessly. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
