Vorweg möchte ich sagen, dass ich in Berlin leider viele schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen, inkompetenten Zahnärzten gemacht habe. In dieser Praxis habe ich mich jedoch vom ersten Tag an sehr wohlgefühlt, dank der hohen Professionalität und der großen Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams.
Ein besonderer Dank geht an Frau Dr. Beyza Ceyhan, Sie ist unglaublich in ihrem Beruf, besser hätte ich es mir wirklich nicht wünschen können

I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, the entire crew was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients.

A special thank you to the dentist Beyza Ceyhan ❤️ and her assistant Selma ❤️ — they are both exceptionally sweet and patient. I’m someone who is genuinely scared of going to the dentist, and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, calm, and safe throughout the entire visit. They explained everything clearly, checked in on me often, and made sure I was never stressed or in pain.

On top of that, their work was absolutely excellent. Gentle, precise, and very professional. Thanks to them, what is usually an anxiety-filled experience turned into a surprisingly positive one. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic and will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended! 🦷✨

Lo sconsiglio vivamente. Ha rovinato la mia bocca. Sto pagando ancora le conseguenze del suo brutto lavoro. Ti fa fare continue pulizie dei denti trascurando problemi più seri e non trova mai soluzioni. A mia moglie ha detto,per giustificare un buco in bocca che le ha procurato togliendo inutilmente l’osso sopra ad un dente che non andava tolto e che non si rimargina più che la colpa era di mia moglie perché fumava quando mia moglie neanche fuma. Fate veramente attenzione a questo studio. Non risolve problemi,ma li crea.

La dottoressa Lo Scalzo e tutto il suo staff si sono dimostrati altamente professionali . Sono paziente dello studio da un po’ di tempo e ogni volta è una garanzia.
Ultimamente ho fatto un lavoro delicato e non posso che ritenermi pienamente soddisfatta. La dott.ssa Lo Scalzo è stata molto attenta e sempre disponibile a spiegare ogni fase del trattamento con chiarezza. Il lavoro è stato eseguito con grande precisione, senza complicazioni e il risultato finale è eccellente.Mi ha praticamente salvato il dente!!
Mi sono sentita seguita e in buone mani dall'inizio alla fine.
Un altro fattore importante è che la Dott.ssa parla benissimo l’italiano!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem Besuch bei Frau Ceyhan und ihrer Assistentin Selma!

Von der ersten Minute an habe ich mich bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Frau Ceyhan ist eine sehr einfühlsame und kompetente Zahnärztin, die sich viel Zeit nimmt, alles verständlich erklärt und mit einer ruhigen, angenehmen Art jede Nervosität nimmt.

Ein besonderes Lob auch an Selma – freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Die Zusammenarbeit der beiden ist perfekt abgestimmt, was man als Patient sofort merkt.

Die Praxis ist modern, sauber und gut organisiert – keine langen Wartezeiten, alles läuft reibungslos. Ich kann Frau Ceyhan und ihr Team nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

I’ve been a patient from the clinic for a while and I always experience great service, both profesional and friendly, specially as a non-German speaking, they make the process smooth and I appreciate they do it in English.
Couple days ago I had an emergency with a molar, Dr Beyza Ceyhan and Selma were incredibly nice with me, as I can barely talk. They handled the tooth without pain.
They made me felt home, shout-out for them :)

Ich hatte Probleme mit dieser Praxis. Nachdem ich zunächst einen Termin bei Lo Scalzo vereinbart hatte, wurde ich in den meisten Fällen von den Hygienikern gesehen. Im Laufe der Jahre war das Einzige, was sie tun konnten, die Reinigung meiner Zähne, natürlich gegen eine Gebühr, und zwar in zwei Jahren von 87 € auf jetzt 130 €. Und das alles bei unbehandelten Zahnfleischentzündungen, zu denen sie nur sagen können: „Sie müssen besser putzen“. Einen Termin zu vereinbaren ist ein Delirium. Sie geben Ihnen alle drei Monate einen Termin, auch wenn Sie bereits Zähne behandeln. Auf E-Mails wird in der Regel nicht geantwortet.
Für mich unfassbar unprofessionell.

Inaffidabile e poco professionale. L'ennesima prova che la maggior parte delle recensioni online sono false.

Nel novembre del 2023 il Dott. Lo Scalzo, dopo un accurato controllo e l'individuazione delle azioni da intraprendere sui miei denti, mi ha subito proposto di fare una bella pulizia dei denti (ovviamente a pagamento).
I primi di gennaio 2024 cerco di prendere appuntamento per un intervento che doveva essere fatto quanto prima e la Dottoressa Lo Scalzo mi da appuntamento per il 28 marzo (dopo quasi 3 mesi). Insisto per avere un appuntamento prima (3 mesi sono tanti!), ma non e` stato possibile, dunque ho accettato. Oggi, 25 marzo 2024 (3 giorni prima dell'appuntamento) la segreteria mi informa che bisogna posticipare l'appuntamento per 24 maggio 2024 (altri 2 mesi di attesa)...assurdo. Sono senza parole e molto deluso, avrei gia` potuto risolvere i miei problemi molto prima da un'altra parte se me l'avessero detto prima, visto che tutti abbiamo impegni da programmare.

DA NOTARE: La Dottoressa Lo Scalzo non e` Italiana e quindi il suo Italiano e` molto povero. Credo sia Tedesca ma non ne sono sicuro. Fra l'altro, durante le visite, la dottoressa giudicava come gli studi dentistici in Italia siano poco professionali e retrogradi nel modo di operare nei trattamenti dentistici...insomma di professionalità sicuramente nemmeno lei può parlare.
Aggiungo che l'approccio che la dottoressa ha avuto nei miei confronti e` stato abbastanza freddo e poco amichevole, insomma non ti mette proprio a tuo agio.
Consiglio a tutti gli Italiani ( e non solo) di evitare questo studio dentistico inaffidabile sotto punti di vista molto importanti.

Aggiornamento: ho scritto un email per avere i documenti di riferimento per passare ad un altro dentista e la segretaria Hanan a capito tutt'altro, fra l'altro nemmeno scrivendo in maniera professionale. Una volta ti scrivono in Tedesco, una volta in Inglese, raramente in Italiano, insomma tutto inaccettabile.

La dottoressa Lo Scalzo è per me la migliore dentista che abbia mai avuto. Possiede tutte le qualità che dovrebbe avere un dentista. Professionale, appassionata al suo lavoro, si prende sempre molto tempo per spiegare passo a passo tutte le operazioni, gentilissima. Insomma, la migliore! Lo studio è moderno, accogliente, pulitissimo e possiede attrezzature molto all'avanguardia che permettono di fare un buon lavoro. La dottoressa Lo Scalzo le altre dottoresse sono gentili, attente e non vogliono spillare soldi ai pazienti con operazioni non necessarie, anzi, fanno sempre un preventivo dei costi e suggeriscono solo quello che è importante fare. La comunicazione con la reception è ottima, sia via e-mail o via telefono. La gentilezza è sempre di casa.
Insomma, se cercate un buon dentista, sapete dove andare!

Ho dovuto avere a che fare (purtroppo) con tanti dentisti e problemi ai denti. La dottoressa Lo Scalzo è per me la migliore dentista che abbia mai avuto. Insomma, la migliore! Lo studio è moderno, accogliente, pulitissimo e possiede attrezzature all'avanguardia. La dottoressa Lo Scalzo mi ha salvato due denti effettuando una nuova devitalizzazione con microscopio. Ha praticamente completato e migliorato il lavoro dei precedenti colleghi, salvando due denti che altrimenti sarebbero dovuti essere estratti. In questo studio parlano perfettamente italiano, tedesco ed inglese. La comunicazione con la reception è ottima, sia via e-mail o via telefono. La gentilezza non manca.
Insomma, se cercate un buon dentista, sapete dove andare!

Dr Lo Scalzo is one of the best doctors I have ever seen (Germany and Italy). I have been visiting this praxis for many years and have done different type of treatments. Dr. Lo Scalzo really takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel very comfortable. I have also never had problems with anyone from the staff, they are all very nice. I can only recommend this place.
