Bin seid vielen, vielen Jahren Patient und immer sehr zufrieden. Egal welche Zahnprobleme man hat, die Praxis hat immer eine Lösung. Man kann diese nur weiterempfehlen.

4-5 years ago, I went there, to de-root my tooth. I had to go back 3-4 times for the same tooth, whereby the dentist there tried to remove a last remaining root inside my tooth everytime. On the last try, she sighed and brought her shoulders down in defeat. She put the padding inside the tooth canals, one of them hurt (indicating a root/nerve still being there), the dentist brushed it off, and sent me off to home.

I came back there, a year or two later, asking if I could get my tooth removed, because it hurt a lot... Instead of removing it, she said I should remove the root instead (whatever rot was left in there anyway...). I didn't want to, and, didn't have enough confidence to tell her that I need it removed (the infection was spreading outside of the tooth.). After gathering enough confidence, and having done enough research online to gain an understanding of what I needed to do, it was evident that the tooth needed to be removed, and, so, I went there again. She couldn't tell me off like last time, since, I was prepared. Instead, she told me every side effect I would experience I remove it, and, after affirming that I'm willing to have those side effects, she said no, with a face full of shame and guilt for telling me so... I'm not one to choose madness over getting out of a maddening situation, so, I said ok, and, went out (released my anger after the fact, on the way back home).

3 years later, and my tooth had decayed to the point you see in the picture.

Thankfully, I am aware enough so that I can take care of myself. I didn't let the infection spread elsewhere, and, it all remained in one place.

At one point, a part of the tooth spanned inside, and the pain was too unbearable, so, I had to go.

Here, now, I go there... I hear the old dentist was fired, so, I am relieved that someone else will take care of me.

It was kind of them to take me in an emergency, so, I don't blame them for the mistake they made (I'll explain what mistake...)... But, the part that made me never want to go there again, was the lying.

A young girl, whom appeared to be practicing there, took care of me in the beggining, until the doctor came to remove my tooth. She told me that in 2020 (the last time I had went there. After the research and all), they supposedly told me that it needed to be removed. I was confused, and, allowed the idea that it may've been so, until I went back home, and, my brother reminded me of our last visit. My memory was clear then.

I don't think she willingly lied, because, she didn't seem to have any memory of her own when saying that... Rather, she just read it, or, heard from someone that she should tell me that... So, yea, I was gaslit.

Now, the mistake... Although, I don't mind, since, I was taken in an emergency/in a hurry (something I appreciate), the doctor forgot a piece of the tooth inside, and, yea... I'm in pain again.

Not to complain, since the pain is a lot more tolerable than having a decaying tooth instead, but, yea, I was relieved of being done with the pain, and, thought it was over, so, now I'm irritated by having to wait another 6-8 weeks, for my body to reject it, and, also take care of it further, as the rest of the infection surrounding that tooth piece comes out.

My 1 star is not for the mistake.

It's for everything else.

Now, I'm gonna go be mad by myself for a moment... I'm tired of all this.

(First photo is the tooth. And, second is the piece left inside that's being rejected.)

P.S. there's a bit of blood beside the tooth piece that's being rejected, because, I was so tired of the fact that I wanted to remove it on my own, and, yea... I ended up just hurting my gum a little, and giving up.

EDIT (UPDATE) : Thankfully, the tooth piece has been desintegrated. I was worried that it was too big for my body to reject. I do still feel some pain in that area (inside the gum) though, so, I don't know if there is some infection, but, I'm taking care of it as much as I can.

I've also added another picture from when the tooth piece was more clear to see (before I hurt my gum).
