I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this dental practice. I initially attended solely to replace a chipped filling, which was not identified during the initial assessment, despite being the reason for my visit. Instead, I was told that I required major dental work on four teeth, despite having no symptoms.

While I was under local anaesthetic, additional major work was carried out on another tooth that had never been discussed or consented to. I was not informed of this at the time or afterwards and only became aware when I questioned why the final invoice was significantly higher than the agreed cost estimates. My queries when responded to, were met with vague and non-specific responses, including the dentist stating that, from his perspective, insurance would cover the additional costs. The insurer did not, which was precisely the reason I had asked for clear estimates upfront. I subsequently paid for this additional treatment that I did not agree to and was unaware of, out of pocket.

I also have serious concerns regarding billing practices. Every visit related to this treatment was billed as a separate consultation, despite this not being disclosed in the treatment plan. When I requested a bite correction during a visit — something that could have been addressed immediately — I was instead told to wait for a follow-up appointment, which was again billed as a consultation. In addition, I was charged for an “extended consultation” phone call that was initiated by the dentist in response to my email about the quote, even though this information could have been provided in writing. The call lasted under seven minutes yet was billed as an in-depth consultation (over 10 minutes).

Since the treatment, I have experienced ongoing pain and difficulty chewing, issues that were not present prior to attending this practice. Most concerning is that irreversible dental work involving the removal of healthy tooth structure was undertaken without my informed consent or knowledge, even though I was conscious and the situation was not urgent. I am now left with dental issues that did not exist before, significant out-of-pocket costs, and the prospect of further corrective work.

Based on my experience with both the treatment and the billing, I cannot recommend this practice.

Freundliches Personal, keine Wartezeiten, patientenorientierte und individuelle Beratung.

Ich hatte heute eine Karies bzw. Wurzelbehandlung bei Frau Dr. Isabelle Rudolph. Eigentlich keine sehr angenehme Sache aber die Behandlung wurde schmerzfrei und zügig mit sehr gutem Ergebnis durchgeführt.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Es gibt keine andere Zahnarztpraxis in München, in der ich mich so "sicher" fühle und weiß, dass der Arzt und das Team so gute Arbeit leistet. Für mich gibts keinen anderen Zahnarzt.
