if you respect yourself and like professional service, I would not advise going to this Praxis.

Incredibly rude staff. I came 10 minutes before the appointment, and exactly at the time that was booked for me a week in advance, a different person was called into the doctor's office. After waiting for 25 minutes I asked what the reason for such a situation is. Instead of an apology, the receptionist said that "they work with people and this is how things are." I said that this is complete disrespect of my time, and again, instead of an apology, was blatantly shamed for not understanding. The doctor might be good, I don't know, because I did not wait.

Seit mehr als 20Jahren bin ich Patient war und bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden mit dem Team. Ich wurde immer gut beraten, auf mei e Ängste Rücksicht genommen, so das ich immer zufrieden die Praxis verlassen habe Dankeschön

So unfriendly! I went there with a severe tooth pain, I asked if they could take me since it’s an emergency and it’s my first time in this praxis but the woman in the reception was really unfriendly and instead of trying to understand my situation and help, she was just scolding me and saying why I didn’t come earlier, even though I’ve never been here before.
I am not complaining about the dentist but the woman in the reception made me feel so bad that I really didn’t feel like staying or asking for an appointment.

Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Team! Ich habe immer Angst vor Besuchen bei Zahnärzten aber bei diesem Praxis ist es immer prima gelaufen.
