If you’ve ever had a chance to see the pediatric dentist Dr. Taheri you’d know she’s the world class best pediatric dentist. Great bedside manners, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only she’s a military spouse who cares about the military community, she also takes many things into considerations when referring for orthodontics. She even offered to take a picture of the X-ray to take to the orthodontist she contacted on base. We have seen so many dentists before and she’s by far our favorite.

Dr Hager accepter to receive me for an emergency even though I didn't have an appointment. I had a great experience from start to finish: the doctor and his assistant are very welcoming and nice, and I walked out from the pratice healed and pain free !

This place is the place to be. I have lived here for 6 years and I have never dreaded going to the dentist until I moved here and went to a different practice. I used to regularly keep up with my teeth but some of the dentist offices here are not it. I waited a long time to go back to the dentist because I just didn’t feel comfortable anymore. I was referred to Family Dental by a friend and I’m so happy. They are great! I was happy that Family Dental actually gives you advice and tips. I am getting older and I need advice on how to keep my teeth in good shape! The other places are just like “okay bye.” My kids see Dr. Taheri! She is great! The staff is an awesome team! Family Dental really did a good job putting a bunch of amazing people together in one spot!

Rhonda is super sweet and got me in to see Dr. Stafford the morning after I called. Everyone was friendly, competent, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this office to anyone! They handle the insurance billing and even if I hadn't been covered, the amount was incredibly affordable compared to the dental office that I saw on base. Highly recommend!

I found this wonderful place about 5 years ago when a filling I just got from another place came out. I called and explained and Rhonda was so helpful and friendly and got me in quickly. Every appointment since, I’m always greeted with a welcome smile, have little wait time and enjoy the conversation with the staff. It doesn’t matter if it’s the receptionist, dental hygienists, or the dentist working with me, I feel cared about and treated with warmth.

I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to acknowledge my 10/10 experience here. I had to bring my 2 year old to my appointment and they were amazing with her. My hygienist, Sarah, talked to her and kept her entertained while cleaning my teeth and even put on the frozen sound track over the speakers to make her feel more comfortable. I would recommend my friends and family here!

Dr. Taheri is our favorite pediatric dentist! She's thorough, kind, great with kids and she's quick! My four kids all love her and enjoy going to visit her. She's very knowledgeable and helpful. She even helped my daughter's chipped tooth look complete and natural again.

Rhonda, the receptionist, is wonderful. She's helpful, kind and friendly.

I broke a tooth about a week ago. I called Dr Hagar's office and Rhonda, the receptionist found me an appointment quickly...even though I had never been to the office. When I got to my appointment, I only had to wait a few minutes to get into the dental chair. Dr Hagar and the dental assistant were pleasant and professional. Thank you to all!

I just wanna say that if you’re looking for an amazing dentist in this area, please go see the team of Dr. Tam Hager in Kaiserslautern!
We went with our nearly 2 year, he screamed his lungs out but the dentist made sure he checked all his teeth and there wasn’t any problems! Even with covid going on, the parents are more than welcome to come inside with the kids!

This is embarrassing but I haven’t been to the dentist in a decade because I was so traumatized because of childhood experiences and dozens of dental visits in my childhood. I was extremely embarrassed when

I went in there and the whole team was nothing but supportive and nice!
I didn’t see Dr. Hager himself to get my cleaning done, I saw the other dentist that works there, I didn’t catch his name but he’s so incredibly sweet and makes sure you’re comfortable! He even asked me if it would make me feel better if he numbed me for my cleaning but I declined.

He was making extra sure to be gentle and took all my anxiety from me.
I had a chipped front tooth for years that I was very self conscious about and Jim knowing that he took a little time off his lunch break just to give me a filling for my chipped tooth.
I am so incredibly happy and he gave me a piece of self love back today that I lost such a long time ago!

They DO take tricare!!!

I can’t wait for my next visit! It’s a super long route to go but I am so looking forward to it 🙂

Referred to them by a friend and always had great experience! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Jennifer is an AWESOME hygienist and FUN. For those with sensitive or receding gum lines, she is gentle but thorough. Dr. Hager is one of the BEST dentists we've had whether it was stateside or overseas. The prices are reasonable also.

DR Tam takes care of the patient, he tried to save one of my teeth with a crown replacement. When the tooth, he gave me credit for the crown, towards a implant. It's been fine since he put it in last year. In fact, I have had no repeat problems since I started here, three years ago.

Dental services are good but do not get braces at the office!!!! Dr. Hagger should not be working with braces. I spent alot of money just to get braces again in the states because it was not done correct at his office. Go with a orthodontist.

Called in two days ago to get an emergency appointment and was able to be scheduled in today. The wait was not that long even though their schedule was booked. I had a cracked tooth and I ended up getting a filling. The dentist was very professional and had me in and out in 45 minutes. Staff was professional and helped me with the claim process. It was reasonably priced and worth the service. I would recommend this dental clinic to other Americans.

Listen, this reviews hurts because I want to keep them all to myself. This Dental Office has some of the best people you would ever want to work in your mouth. I've had to have 4 extractions due to Orthodontic Work for my braces and Dr.Hager and Dr.Loiseau got it done! EACH TIME, Effortlessly! You and your child will be in great hands. Dr. Hager will be my dentist for life. I'm currently TDY in the US and had a dental emergency that a local dentist said would cost over 3K, I called Dr. Hager and he gave me a solution to my problem that will cost only a few hundred verses over 3,000.00.
