Extremely clean, well staffed, and respectable professionals. Dr. Hennessy was incredibly kind and explained every part of the procedure to pediatric patients in terms that they can understand.

Last time I came here one of the patients was incredibly rude to the staff expecting to be in and out of a dentist in less than 30 minutes. The staff handled it incredibly well and were very kind and amenable to the patient’s requests, even though she continuously yelled and stormed out of the office.

I have four members of my family using Midwest and would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone that asks. They are incredibly responsive in scheduling requests and always quick to respond even out of normal office hours. 10/10 service, especially for English speakers who have trouble finding decent medical professionals.

My husband and I have been going here for nearly two years and are very pleased with our care and the customer service.

I have dental trauma, and when I informed my dentist, Dr. Hennessey, she was more than understanding. She provided options to help with my anxiety, and I welcomed them all. She was very attentive and provided comfort during my treatment. I cried a bit from joy and relief of feeling heard and understood, which is not something that is valued or taken seriously by every dental practice. These positive experiences matter and help rewrite the body memory of past experiences, and I am pleased about that.

I also appreciate the honesty and care of other staff members and assistants regarding dental hygiene, which I always welcome. I have been given many helpful tips beyond the dental chair treatments, resulting in overall improved dental health. I highly recommend this Dental Practice for your family's needs.

The staff were friendly and great with kids. However the dentist may have been nice with my kids but was condescending to me about my parenting choices that do not include my children’s teeth. Sadly I will not be coming back nor recommending this place because one of the dentists decided her very wrong and highly unprofessional medical opinions were important enough to shame me as their parent. If I wanted medical advice, I’d see their pediatrician, not the dentist.

Lastly, if something hurts my child, I want him to have a safe space to say so. Not have his parent scolded for using the word “hurt” within the dentist office because we don’t want to associate the dentist with pain.

I had my first appointment here today.
For the past decade I have been terrified of the dentist. After many years I had to see a dentist last year (for my insurance) and had a very bad experience at that place. I refused to got to see a another dentist until my husband finally got me to give in and we set up an appointment at the Midwest Family Dentistry.
My husband made sure to let them all know about my anxiety beforehand.
I had very little faith that they would take that seriously since no one else did before.
Never would I have expected them to be as wonderful as they are. The dental hygienist we saw was incredible, she was so nice and made me feel like this is a safe place and I will be fine. The dentist was also very nice and joked around which made everything go by fast and less stressful. I am so glad to have come here and be in their care for further treatment. I will never like going to the dentist, but I am confident that I don't have to shed more tears or experience more panic attacks while going here.

We live 1.5 hours away, I came for my son because of the great reviews from the Facebook group Stuttgart moms, it was worth it!! we got the best care from a very understanding and clearly skillful and competent Dr.Weydert for my toddler and assistant Amy was so very friendly and competent ! I will def. Take the 1.5 hour route for future appointments because our dental health deserves the best care. I'll also add that they don't accept German dental insurance but still going back!! 💯and that should tell you alot about the great experience we had. Since Midwest Family Dentistry opened its doors, we have been a part of this practice. From the friendly office staff to the thorough hygienists, to the capable and knowledgeable dentists, our experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this office. Great experience! The staff, Dental Tech, and Dentist are friendly, caring, and professional. Everyone speaks English fluently so it's easy to explain your issues or simply talk about the weather. Registering was easy and all the forms are online. Any insurance forms needed are pre-populated for ease of filing a claim if needed. Finding a good Dentist when you re-locate to Germany is something that can be stressful. A coworker recommended Midwest Family Dentistry and I'm very glad they did.

This was a very good experience! I have a phobia of dental work but everyone here made me feel reassured, from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. Everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I hadn’t established myself with a dentist here yet and one of my crowns became loose, I messaged Midwest Family Dental and they were great about getting right back to me and working me in. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to have found a dental office that I feel this comfortable with.

My crown feel out and I went to Midwest the following morning as they came highly recommended. I had not called or made an appointment, I just walked in to see when I could possibly be seen and do paperwork to become a new patient.

With as busy as they were I did not expect to be seen so quickly. The staff, assistant and dentist were all thorough, friendly and empathetic to my situation. My crown was cleaned and put back in place the same day along with an unexpected cleaning and exam. They took excellent care of me.

I experienced for myself the reason for their well deserved reputation. Thank you

Hands down the best place I have been treated for any medical care because of the friendly, kind and supportive staff. The dental care itself was top notch and professional, but even more importantly was the welcoming nature of the entire facility. Who usually looks forward to going to a Dr. appointment? Well, when visiting Midwest Family Dentistry it was a pleasure to go. They even took care of my young daughter when I first moved to Germany, and had no child care, so that I could make appointments. Everyone at this office is so lovely to work with. The dental care they offer is detailed and compassionate. They take such wonderful care of me and my four children, and my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. It takes a lot for me to give a dentist office 5 stars, but this one deserves it. Dr. Hennessy is an excellent dentist. She has great chair-side manner, and is very meticulous in her procedures. Everyone who works at this office, from front-desk staff to hygienist, is friendly and professional. It feels like everyone who works there really enjoys being there, and enjoys their work, which makes the experience even more pleasant. I visited Midwest Family Dentistry to get a second opinion in the summer of 2017, and have been their patient ever since. While the tooth prognosis was the same, Dr. Hennessy's patience in answering all of my questions, addressing my concerns, and presenting me with various options (what may work now or what the ideal long term solution should be) are just a few of the reasons that made me stay. Midwest Family Dentistry offers an environment that is welcoming, compassionate, and caring. The entire team; from the front desk staff to dental assistants and doctors - everyone works in harmony and in support of one another. They truly care about their patients. They do excellent work.
