I had a filling done in the US that was causing me pain, and it was going to be a while before I went back to the US so I went to Dr. Dalles for help. He barely looked in my mouth and told me nothing was wrong. I was still having pain 3 weeks later when I was back in the US for a family vacation so I went to a different dentist. The other dentist actually examined me, found that the filling hadn’t bonded, and redid it. I haven’t had pain since. I had 3 extra weeks of pain because Dr. Dalles couldn’t be bothered to actually examine me or listen to me.
On top of that, there was an insurance issue so I ended up having to pay out of pocket. He was beyond rude about it. I told him I was in the US for family vacation but could pay it when I got back or pay online. He said paying when I got back was fine or I could pay online. I then told him I would pay when I got back so I had time to talk to the insurance company and find out why they weren’t covering it. When I said that, he responded that I had until X date to pay or he would send it to collections. After already having previously told me that that was fine. I once again told him I would pay as soon as I got back. Told him it would either be 13 or 14 August. Show up today (14 August) to pay, and the office isn’t open. Literally gave him the date I would come in to pay the bill and he couldn’t be bothered to tell me the office would be closed that day.

I am in absolute awe of how rude and inconsiderate this man has been on top of missing a diagnosis. I will never go to him again, and I am considering reporting him to the dental board since I’m paying for him to have failed at his job

Ich gehe super gerne in diese Zahnarztpraxis. Meine Kinder 9 Und 12 sind auch schon immer mit dabei gewesen und lassen sich problemlos behandeln. Wir gehen gerne dort hin. Alle Eingriffe werden toll erklärt und auf die Kinder wird super eingegangen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und machen einen tollen Job. Kurze Wartezeiten. Saubere und moderne Praxis.
Bei Notfällen wird immer eine schnelle Lösung gefunden.

Die beste Zahnarztpraxis! Absolut das am besten ausgebildete Personal das ich kenne. Alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dr. Dalles ist handwerklich sehr geschickt, sehr talentiert, berät gut und leistet ebenso wie das ganze Team eine exzellente Leistung und Arbeit. Die Wartezeiten sind immer sehr kurz, alles ist gut eingetaktet. Ich kann die professionelle Zahnreinigung sehr empfehlen, die Mitarbeiterinnen machen das ganz hervorragend. Absolut zu empfehlen. Außerdem wird auch sehr liebenswert auf die kleinen Patienten eingegangen. Auch die Praxis ist wirklich modern und schick eingerichtet.

Very kind, professional and helpful staff - receptionist, assistant, doctor.
I needed an appointment quickly due to only visiting Hemau briefly from abroad and not being able to see my regular dentist until next month.
They gave an appointment for the following day. The visit was super quick: 15 minutes for filling the form and wait. Then perhaps 10 minutes for the filling.
I could not recommend enough. I wish I could take this practice back home with me!

Warum brauch ich einen Termin für eine kurze Beratung ? Ich hatte nur 2 Fragen an die Ärztin. Und eine Andwort mit Ja oder Nein hätten mich auch zufrieden gemacht aber Sie hatte kein offenes Ohr und kein Interesse.
Fünf Sterne wehren es an das Nette personal,wegen der Ärztin wechseln wir alle.

Beide Ärzte waren sehr nett und sind sehr fürsorglich, gerade für Patienten die sich nicht unbedingt immer wohlfühlen bei einem Besuch beim Zahnarzt :) Die Helferinnen ebenso. Beim bearbeiten einer Bissschiene wurde sich reichlich Zeit genommen um diese perfekt anzupassen.
Ich kommen gerne wieder :)
