I had my first visit with Dr. Chavez from Dr. Blair’s office and I can’t recommend her enough. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and talked me through my entire appointment. If you are a new patient or are unable to wait a long time to see the dentist, please consider Dr. Chavez. She was terrific and I am someone who is thoroughly terrified to go to the dentist.

Es ist schon eine Weile her, aber seitdem ich dort war, sind meine Zähne empfindlicher als je zuvor. Daher kann ich diese Praxis leider nicht empfehlen. Bei der Zahnreinigung hab ich so viel geblutet wie bei keiner anderen Behandlung. Es war einfach zu intensiv, meine Zahnzwischenräume hatten so viel Abstand wie noch nie, ich hab zwischendurch gedacht, ich hätte was Schwarzes zwischen den Zähnen, aber es war die Leere zwischen meinen Zähnen, die durch diese zu intensive Reinigung entstanden. Was allerdings nett war ist, dass meine Zahnschiene dort gereinigt wurde, allerdings mit einem leicht judgy Blick, da sie schon lange in Gebrauch ist und dementsprechend aussieht; ich reinige sie jeden Tag so, wie es mir von meinem ehemaligen Zahnarzt gesagt wurde. Die ZFA schien mir das nicht zu glauben (obwohl ich damals eine spezielle Anleitung erhielt und ihr das auch so mitteilte), starrte unglaubwürdig und leicht angewidert auf die Schiene und reinigte die diese anschließend mit einem anderen Mittel. Für die Schienenreinigung bin ich dankbar, da sie seitdem besser aussieht. Der Arzt sagte zu mir wortwörtlich „das ist dumm“, da ich einen Smiley-Piercing hatte - ich habe bisher nie Probleme damit gehabt und auch nie von anderen Zahnärzt:innen was dazu gesagt bekommen - und schlug mir zudem eine sehr absurde OP vor, die mir noch keine andere Praxis empfohlen hatte und die sehr schmerzhaft klang, bei dem mir Gewebe im Gaumen entnommen werden sollte sowie das sich daraus bildende Narbengewebe. Ich habe mit einer angehenden Zahnärztin über diese OP gesprochen und auch sie riet mir davon ab. Es tut mir leid, ich wollte diese Praxis wirklich mögen, auch, da mir der Name sehr gut gefiel sowie das Ambiente, aber seit dieser Reinigung habe ich regelmäßig Zahnschmerzen, so als wäre eine Schutzschicht dadurch kaputtgegangen. Vorher hatte ich das nicht so und schon gar nicht so regelmäßig…

Friendly and competent dentist. Dr. Blair did an initial exam for me since I’m new to Germany and had to switch dentists. His staff was friendly and polite. I was seen promptly around my appointment time.

As someone who’s always been genuinely terrified of the dentist, I never thought I’d describe a dental visit as a pleasant experience, but that’s exactly what this has been. Dr. Blair has a calm, reassuring approach and takes the time to walk you through everything, which makes a huge difference.

His entire staff is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. They’ve also been very flexible and understanding with my scheduling conflicts, which I really appreciate.

In the past, I’ve felt like dentists pushed unnecessary procedures, but that hasn’t been my experience here at all. Dr. Blair is honest, transparent, and focused on what actually needs to be done, no pressure, no upselling. And he’s gentle, which matters more than anything if you’re nervous.

They’ve been so great that I’ve switched my kids to his practice as well. Truly grateful to have found them.

Als jemand, der schon immer große Angst vor dem Zahnarzt hatte, hätte ich nie gedacht, dass ich einen Besuch dort einmal als angenehm beschreiben würde – aber genau so ist es hier. Dr. Blair hat eine ruhige, einfühlsame Art und nimmt sich die Zeit, alles genau zu erklären, was unglaublich hilft.

Das gesamte Team ist kompetent, geduldig und sehr freundlich. Auch bei meinen Terminüberschneidungen waren sie immer flexibel, verständnisvoll und zuverlässig.

In der Vergangenheit hatte ich oft das Gefühl, dass unnötige Behandlungen vorgeschlagen wurden – hier ist das ganz anders. Dr. Blair ist ehrlich, transparent und erklärt jeden Schritt, ohne Druck oder unnötige Eingriffe. Außerdem arbeitet er sehr behutsam, was für Angstpatienten enorm wichtig ist.

Ich bin so zufrieden, dass ich mittlerweile auch meine Kinder in diese Praxis gebracht habe. Wirklich dankbar, diese Praxis gefunden zu haben.

I highly recommend this office and Dr. Blair. I had a problem with one of my front teeth they took me the same day which I truly appreciated. The staff at the front desk was super nice and so was Dr. Blair. I had a great experience overall from the phone-call, to check in, and the actual procedure. Dr. Blair also explained all of the steps as he was conducting the procedure. He makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

Dr. Blair is the best dentist ever! I only trust him specially involving big dental work. One of my children had 4 teeth removed for braces and he was great! I had my molars removed and one dental implant done. He is so good that you barely feel the anesthesia needle going in. If you are looking for an honest opinion and very competent work, he is the best! His staff also is very caring and friendly.

Service has gone completely down. I called to make an appointment as I was in horrible tooth pain and needed an appointment as soon as possible. The women on the other end was extremely rude, unfriendly, and proceeded to tell me that she had no available appointments. As I told her this was an emergency, she proceeded to argue with me. Off to a new dentist!!

Service has gone way down. I called to make an appointment 2 months ago, confirmed all my info. Show up and they say it’s canceled and couldn’t reach me as they had my number from 2years ago so of course I’m to blame because I didn’t pick up a line that is no longer in service. Terrible customer service and incapable of scheduling new appointment. It should not be this hard. Off to find new dentist.
