My son had a scheduled dental appointment, yet we waited more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time without any communication or update from the staff. I understand delays can happen, but it would have been courteous to inform us. It’s also concerning that there’s a $25 fee for patients who are late, yet no similar accountability when the office runs behind. Respecting patients’ and parents’ time is an important part of quality care.

I don't usually leave reviews but I think it's important to warn others. I cannot recommend this place. I was going there every 4 months for over a year, and here is my experience with them.

At first, I had no complains. The cleanings were rough but I didn't mind it too much. However, my dentist would never come to check my teeth and their health. When I started experiencing pain, I asked to see my dentist twice. Each time, it wasn't my "assigned" dentist but another one (woman with brown hair). Not only was she incredibly rude and not nice at all, she dismissed me completely, did zero tests to investigate what caused the pain, and told me to "brush with sensodyne" (same comment as the hygienist, when I first mentioned it).

When I finally had enough, I went to a new dentist and, low and behold, I needed a root canal and had several cavities. The non-fun part is that I had braces installed towards the end of my "stay" with Ramstein dental care, thinking my teeth were healthy (just sensitive), so all of the brackets are now blocking my new dentist from properly taking care of those cavities. It's a mess. Everytime one starts to be painful, my poor orthodontist has to remove brackets so my new dentist can fix it.

Keep in mind, I was going to Ramstein Dental Care every 4 months for over a year (it not 2). This entire situation and the pain could all have been avoided if they had done their job, checked their patient teeth, and didn't dismiss them or gave them a really mean attitude, because they are insisting on being seen by the doctor.

The hygienist also got mad at me once for reminding her I had requested numbing. I had called the front desk to let them know about it in advance, but she didn't see the note at first. That's another thing I find unprofessional; why taking your frustration on the patient? Especially when they took all the steps they can think of to prevent confusion and inconvenience? It's OK to make a mistake, but at least apologize (she didn't).

Needless to say, I now have really bad dental anxiety and my trust in dental care in the area is completely shot. I would give minus stars if I could. It has been months and I am still dealing with those issues, now on top of the anxiety. Nothing can justify the lack of investigation into a potential problem or the rude, mean attitude of "healthcare professionals" when a patient is voicing an issue they are experiencing, or when they're in distress.

The staff at the front desk are nice, though.

I have been coming here for almost 5 years. Always okay except for today. Terrible customer service. The hygienist named I believe , Maisey or Macy, was unprofessional and not pleasant. They polished my teeth before cleaning. When I expressed my objection to this, I was met with a very hostile hygienist Macy or whatever her name was. Normally I have Aimee who is very nice. I will not be going back. For the fees charged, I expect way better interaction.

I've been going to this place for 6 years and I can't recommend it enough. The main dentist guy is absolutely amazing. My girlfriend went one night right before they closed to get some x-rays done and have some of her cavities looked at. He sat us down and for like 25 minutes explained how cavities work, how we get them, and how to prevent them. It really doesn't sound like much but it was such a kind gesture, to give us this knowledge face to face at the end of his day when im sure he's tired from working. I've gone to him, my step father, and my mom. The technicians are so kind and the front desk people just radiate good energy, as cheesy as it sounds. They don't take you for all your money, they care, they're American, and you can tell they love what they do. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone. 100/10

My family and I have been in their care for 7 years now. The staff have always been super friendly and professional. They take the time to thoroughly explain procedures and are always able to get us same day appointments for dental emergencies. A great place to go if you suffer from dental anxiety as I do. Highly recommend their services!

I have two daughters that go here. One is nervous about Dentists, but she feels very secure here. I am also Thankful for the email reminder. I do not receive that from our other doctors anymore. It is useful since the appointments have a few months between them.

In my experience, Ramstein Dental Care has been all around helpful in my concerns and have explained procedures thoroughly. They have informed me of what my options are and what could be the outcomes. The staff are really nice and I have not had a single problem throughout my visits. It's a warm and friendly environment. I highly recommend. 🦷🪥😁

I regularly come to this dental office and I love it. The staff are always welcoming and very attentive, it’s super easy to talk to everyone and the atmosphere is filled with so much positive energy. I could give this dental office a 10/10 if I could. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re new to the ramstein area or local and need a dentist to go to.

Aimmie was very friendly and informative during my son's cleaning visit. Alex the dental hygienist and Dr. K were very sweet and thoroughly explained each step to my son when it came to his procedure. I highly recommend this place.

If you’re looking to get your wisdom teeth removed look no further and book with Dr. Marburger… Him & his assistant Alex were so wonderful to me . I had a bad experience getting one wisdom tooth out in another country and he fully listened to my concerns and assured me id be okay . The procedure went perfect and went by so fast ! I really appreciate his compassion and everything he did for me !

I’ll be honest, I haven’t been to the dentist in years because of a traumatic experience with an old dentist. I’ve put off seeing a dentist and went with Ramstein Dental after seeing positive reviews. I can tell you it was well worth it! The front desk has amazing customer service and they were so great to talk with. Walking in I was really nervous but Cici made me feel so comfortable. She took such great care of me and made sure I was okay with everything. She talked me through everything that was happening. Dr K is also really amazing, and they both reassured me my teeth weren’t as bad as I thought. It was honestly the smallest things they were doing that made the biggest impact. We have seen Dr K a few times after changing from another local dentist. Always a good experience here. Friendly, helpful staff. We are always seen promptly. Dr K spent the time to determine the cause of tooth pain, which was not done at my previous dental office. My daughter’s care has been thoroughly explained and all of my questions answered. We are very pleased with Ramstein Dental.

This is a wonderful dentist office, I've never had a bad experience here , I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. The staff is great, always kind, respectful and accommodating. Dr. K is the best dentist I've ever had. She does an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place.
Everyone speaks english so there's no language barrier.

Extremely positive experience. They were able to fit me in within a reasonable time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. During the procedure, Dr. Marburger walked me through all the steps and took the time to explain the science and all my options. He provided an easy understanding of it all. I had two other terrible experiences with another dentist and tried ramstein dental care because they were voted number one by Stars and Stripes and it’s no wonder. They’re great! Highly recommend them.

Just as the dentist was thorough & communicated every aspect of the procedure! Bonus that it was quick & easy to schedule an appointment within the same week! Definitely recommend coming here!

My husband and I are very happy with the care we have received from Ramstein Dental Care. Whether we had routine exams/cleanings or more involved dental procedures, every member of the clinic team treated us with courtesy and respect (and a friendly smile) in all situations. Issues with our insurance and billings/claims were addressed quickly and efficiently. Coming from a medical background ourselves, we are confident that we found the best dental care in this area and highly recommend it!
