Sehr freundliches, fachkompetentes Team unter Leitung von Frau ZA Cordis. Mit dem Patienten wurden zielorientierte Lösungsansätze besprochen und das Für und Wider abgestimmt. Zur Behandlung wurde sehr auf ein möglichst schmerzarmes-/ freies Vorgehen geachtet.
Das Einsetzen von 3 neuen Kronen inkl. aller Vorarbeiten innerhalb von 6 Tagen finde ich rekordverdächtig.

The worst dentist center ever! First appointment they got me through after 45 minutes of my appointment time and I was like it happens. For the next visit they gave me an appointment for 7:50 pm. I asked them to give me a little earlier appointment and they refused. For the second visit, my S-bahn got cancelled and I had to wait for extra 10 minutes and I arrived at 8PM. Only 10 minutes late and it wasn’t my fault. It’s totally normal in Berlin but they didn’t accept me!! They said we are closing. I mean they had me to wait for 45 minutes for the first visit but for the next one they didn’t accept 10 minutes delay!!! I never go there again and suggest you to find another place that has some respect.

Schon seit vielen Jahren gehe ich zwei Mal im Jahr zur PZR. Nun, nach einem Umzug, bin ich das zweite Mal in dieser Praxis bei Halise. Ich bin begeistert von der, soweit ich das beurteilen kann, extrem kompetenten Ausführung und dem wirklich top Ergebnis.
Ich bin mit allem sehr zufrieden – immer wieder gerne!

Ich möchte dem gesamten Zahnärzteteam The Urban Dentist meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen. Alle Ärzten äußerst freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam. Die Behandlung wurde verständlich erklärt, und ich habe mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Arzthelferinnen und das Empfangspersonal waren sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und stets bereit, alle Fragen freundlich zu beantworten. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die Kompetenz, die Sorgfalt und die angenehme Atmosphäre in der Praxis. Ich kann dieses Zahnarztteam uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde auch in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen.

Have been going there for 4-5 years: but recently noticed that almost no one from the old dentists is working there anymore. That is why I am moving to another clinic where it seems more stable and the dentist stay longer and there is more trust. Service is okay but prefer sticking with one dentist for an extended amount of time.
