I’ve had a really pleasant experience at Urban Dentist. Both my dentist and dental hygienist have been friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable during my visits. I also really appreciate that they speak English, and whenever there’s a language barrier, the staff always make an effort to communicate and help.

The practice itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed and I really like the overall atmosphere and aesthetics. Overall, I’ve felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend Urban Dentist.

I just have my first appointment to the Urban Dentist clinic, and i must say that i am very satisfied with the experience, i did not have to wait more than couple of minutes before seeing the doctor, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, Dr: Pierdzioch was very professional, and empathetic, they took their time to do the check up and explain to me my treatment plan step by step. The clinic itself was very clean and modern which creates a sense of immediate comfort. It's just the first impression but so far i am satisfied :)

I had been a patient at The Urban Dentist for quite some time and was always satisfied with the quality of the dental care provided.

Unfortunately, my recent experience with the practice’s cancellation policy was very disappointing. I had to cancel an appointment on the same day through Doctolib and was charged a €100 cancellation fee for a 60-minute dental cleaning. I understand that practices have cancellation policies, but I was disappointed that no flexibility or goodwill was offered, despite being a long-term patient and having explained the situation.

The dental treatment itself has always been good, but the way this matter was handled has affected my trust in the practice. After this experience, I have decided not to continue as a patient and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend The Urban Dentist to others.

I missed one appointment. At my next appointment, before leaving the practice, I specifically asked whether there were any issues related to the missed appointment. I was told everything was fine. Despite that, I was later charged €100. When I pointed out that this was excessive, I was simply told that nothing could be done.

The practice also admitted by email that the X-ray images taken during my appointment were lost due to a system malfunction. Their response? Just an apology.

Apparently, when a patient makes a mistake, there is "nothing that can be done." When the practice makes a mistake, an apology is considered enough. That double standard says everything.

There are plenty of dental practices in this city that treat their patients with more professionalism and accountability. I would not recommend this one.

Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ich war zur professionellen Zahnreinigung dort und die Behandlung wurde äußerst professionell durchgeführt. Im Vergleich zu meinen bisherigen Erfahrungen mit anderen Zahnarztpraxen in Berlin war das wirklich hervorragend. Ich komme gerne wieder.
