Ich war früher sehr zufrieden mit der Praxis Triadent. Leider habe ich in letzter Zeit den Eindruck, dass die Qualität nachgelassen hat. Statt klarer Beratung stehen inzwischen häufig Verkaufsgespräche im Vordergrund, was für mich den Besuch eher unangenehm macht. Schade, denn die Praxis war einmal wirklich gut.

Die Füllung wurden soweit ich das beurteilen kann gut eingesetzt, jedoch nicht poliert o.ä.
Leider Abrechnungsmäßig eine Katastrophe.
Ich habe bei 100 % Zahnzusatzversicherung trotzdem mehrkosten von 250 € vorgelegt bekommen. Der Abrechnungsfaktor wurde zudem auch noch bei der zweiten Behandlung grundlos erhöht.

Bitte nehmt die paar Euro mehr in die Hand und geht hierhin. Ich bin seit vielen Jahren hier Patient. Das Team ist IMMER super freundlich, die Arbeit wird immer sehr hygienisch, professionell und fachmännisch hervorragend ausgeführt. Leider war ich für eine Füllung mal woanders, um Geld zu sparen. Am Ende bin ich wieder hier gelandet, um den Schaden zu beheben.

For adult visits, this dental clinic is good.

But they should not offer treatments for children. I brought my 7 year old son for a filling, who was understandably nervous about being injected with anesthesia and the dentist's drill. Unfortunately, he refused the treatment on his first visit. We asked if we could bring him back a second time and they agreed.

The second time, he was more willing, and we got as far as getting him injected, but once they began drilling, he got scared again and was hesitating to continue. They ended up asking us to leave and did not complete the appointment. They also reminded us that we could not come back again. It was clear that they didn't wait long enough for the anesthesia to take its full effect, but they just wanted him out. So for the rest of the day he had a fully numbed mouth for no reason. It was a terribly unpleasant experience. To be fair, we showed up 8 minutes late to the appointment because he was so scared to come, but I don't see that as a reason to act rude. Just rudeness and unprofessional behavior all around with the child.

Ich war über viele Jahre Patient in der Triadent Mitte und hatte regelmäßig meine jährlichen Kontrollen. Beim letzten Besuch war ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Obwohl ich an dem Termin erschienen bin, kam es zu Problemen mit meiner Krankenkasse. Für den Fall eines Nichterscheinens wird eine Stornogebühr von 50 € verlangt – mit der Begründung, dass der betreffende Kollege dadurch sein Gehalt erhält. Diese Praxis empfinde ich als ungerecht und eine echte Abzocke. Zudem war die Leiterin der Rezeption an diesem Tag ausgesprochen unfreundlich, was den Gesamteindruck weiter trübte. Ich hoffe, dass hier in Zukunft mehr Kulanz und ein freundlicherer Kundenumgang praktiziert wird.

Once I brought my 7-year-old son to get a filling. It was not the first visit to the clinic and before that my son sat calmly in the chair during the procedure. And then the doctor tilts him in the chair and it starts to squeak terribly. My son starts to cry and does not want to continue the procedure. And no one's persuasion can convince him otherwise. The chair squeaks terribly annoyingly and even I find it difficult to stand, I can only imagine what it was like for a child. And he had already been injected with anesthesia at that time. They ask me what to do. I ask them if we can move to another room. Other rooms were free, since we were the last clients that day. At the same time, they do not want to move to another room where the chair would not squeak. I see undisguised irritation on the faces of the doctor and the assistant. And we just leave. It was the most unpleasant visit to the clinic in my experience.

To be fair, my personal visits were a very good experience. And I plan to continue my checkups at this clinic. But for the child, it was a very bad experience. And since then, he is afraid of dentists.
