I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Dr.Almahainy was amazing. He saved my teeth , made the procedure pain-free, and made me less anxious by explaining everything, listening to my concerns and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

The staff are also friendly and professional. Appointments run on time and everything was well organized, with little to no waiting time between appointments.

I would recommend both Dr. Damen and Dr.Almahainy for anyone looking for excellent dental care.

Ich hatte zu viel schmerzen und alle Zahnāzte sagten den Zahn muss raus aber hier in dieser Klinik bei Dr. Almahainy er hat eine top Wurzelbehandlung gemacht und dann eine keramische Füllung. Dank ihm habe ich keine Probleme!! Er ist der beste Zahnarzt

Als ich neu nach Deutschland gekommen bin, hatte ich zuerst Schwierigkeiten, einen guten Zahnarzt zu finden. Freunde haben mir dann die Praxis „Zahn und More“ empfohlen.
Schon beim ersten Termin wurde ich sehr freundlich beraten. Dr. Damen hat mir hilfreiche Tipps zur richtigen Zahnfleischpflege gegeben und mir das Solo-Prophylaxe-Programm erklärt. Danach hatte ich einen Termin bei Dr. Almahainy, weil einer meiner Zähne beim Essen von Nüssen abgebrochen war. Die Behandlung war nicht einfach, aber er hat den Zahn sehr professionell behandelt und ein modernes Material verwendet, um den Nerv zu schützen. Anschließend bekam ich einen Kontrolltermin nach sechs Monaten, um sicherzugehen, dass alles in Ordnung ist.
Gestern war die Kontrolle, und zum Glück war alles perfekt. Ich bin mit der Behandlung und dem ganzen Team sehr zufrieden und kann die Praxis auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Had a great experience at Zahn & More with Dr. Almahainy and Dr. Georg Damen. I came in with a severe tooth infection that had been causing me significant pain, and Dr. Almahainy handled everything professionally and thoroughly. During the root canal treatment, he even identified a fourth root canal that had been previously missed, which shows real attention to detail and expertise. The procedure was completely pain-free and I felt well taken care of throughout. Dr. Damen was also incredibly kind and went above and beyond by offering a generous discount, which made a huge difference. Very grateful for the care and understanding I received from the whole team. Highly recommend!

Dr. Basher Almahainy is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I was in agonizing pain, and multiple other doctors turned me away because my X-rays looked clear. I even had to travel all the way from Düsseldorf to see him because he was the only dentist who was able to help me. He figured out the exact problem and did a root canal, and the entire process was completely painless. Highly recommend his clinic! Other dentists diagnosed me wrong and did fillings in the wrong tooth.

Ich war inzwischen schon ein paar mal in diese Praxis und wurde von verschiedenen Ärzten behandelt.
Meine erste Behandlung war bei Dr. Patel, ein sehr netter und freundlicher Arzt, er hat sich die Zeit genommen und alles gut erklärt. Die Behandlung war sehr gut.

Bei meiner letzten Behandlung war ich bei Dr. Almahainy und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Er war sehr ruhig, aufmerksam und hat sehr sorgfältig gearbeitet. Gerade beim Zahnarzt ist das für mich sehr wichtig, weil man schnell nervös werden kann. Durch seine angenehme Art hatte ich die ganze Zeit ein gutes und sicheres Gefühl.

Ich habe auch Dr. Damen kurz kennengelernt, von dem ich angenehm angetan war.

Auch das Team in der Praxis ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Praxis wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

It is almost a year ago that I went to this dentist and I finally am able to write this review.

This dentist absolutely traumatised me with his rough treatment and inconsiderate mannerisms.

My partner is German and I’m Dutch, I asked him to come with me because I generally don’t like going to these things alone.
From the very start the dentist starts speaking to me in Dutch and making fun of the fact that my partner doesn’t speak it as well. This directly made my partner feel unwelcome and uneasy.
The treatment was fast, rough. I felt trapped and handled like a piece of meat, not a human. No careful waiting, asking if everything is alright, explaining the steps.

Between steps the dentist would leave the room, without any explanation, leaving my partner and I confused. All explanations were done in Dutch, which I then had to translate to English (the language I speak with my partner) for him to understand what was going on.

When the manhandling was over the dentist told me I needed to come back again and left the room. When my partner saw how upset I was with the idea of having to come back he helped me gather the courage to speak up and ask the dentist to be more careful with me next time as I experienced his treatment as rough.

The dentist laughed in my face and said that since he’s the owner he doesn’t have time to be gentle in his treatment and he’d book an appointment with his associate.

The logic behind this was that since his associate wasn’t the owner, he could waste his time.

Mind you, all of this still happened in Dutch making it impossible for my partner to step in and help me, even though the dentist is German.

I ended up with a temporary fill for a caries. I don’t know it the treatment was necessary, or good. I just remember feeling so horrible that I cried for days afterwards. I eventually, with difficulty, went to another dentist to finish the treatment.

I’ve never before had such a negative experience at a dentist and I’ve had my fair share of dental issues (multiple cavities and wisdom tooth removals)

If you are in any way sensitive to how you’re being treated- go elsewhere.

Although the price was cheap compared to the Dutch prices I’m used to it came with an extra cost for “translation services” - aka the fact that the dentist spoke Dutch, even though I’d rather have had that he’d spoken German.

Absolutely horrified by the experience here.
I will never return.

Mein Mann war Angstpatient aber dank Dr.Damen und Team 😀 hat es sich gelegt 🙏.
Er musste 2 größere Eingriffe haben die so gut gelaufen sind ,das die Angst verschwunden ist .
Die Behandlung/Fürsorge und die Nachsorge war einfach perfekt 🤗
Es sind alle super herzlich in der Praxis 😊.

Ich habe vier Zahnfüllungen bekommen, darunter auch zwei Zähne, die etwas komplizierter waren (zwei Wände mussten gemacht werden). Dr. Patel hat alles getan, um die Zähne zu retten. Er war sehr sorgfältig, einfühlsam und professionell, hat immer darauf geachtet, dass ich mich wohlfühle, und mir Zeit gelassen, Fragen zu stellen. Ich konnte gut während der Behandlung entspannen und die Zähne sehen jetzt toll und natürlich aus. Und die Assistentinnen sind auch sehr nett! Ich würde die Praxis und diesen Zahnarzt weiterempfehlen. :)

I got four teeth fillings which also included two teeth that needed more fixing. Dr. Patel did everything to save the teeth, he was very careful, empathetic and professional, he always checked for comfort and allowed space to ask questions. I felt relaxed during the treatment and the teeth now look great and natural. I would definitely recommend this place!
