Una atención excelente y un equipo muy profesional y cercano. Además, me parece un punto muy positivo que hablen tantos idiomas, porque hace que prácticamente cualquier persona pueda sentirse cómoda y comunicarse con facilidad. Hablan español, alemán, inglés, italiano y varios idiomas más.
Cuidan mucho el trato con el paciente y hacen que te sientas a gusto desde el primer momento. Sin duda, una praxis totalmente recomendable.

First of all, the nice things.
Front desk staff and Dr. Martinolli were very friendly when discussing treatment and post-treatment.

Then what happened.
What was thought to be a very simple tooth extraction turned out to be a nightmare. Not only I was not treated by the physician I asked for, but the person that showed up tried for an hour to take this tooth out with no luck. After having left me hanging upside down in the chair with my gum open for half hour, backup arrived but even two people were not capable to perform this procedure.

We are now close to two hours of trying when they decide to throw the towel in and hand me over to more capable hands a few flights above them to Dr. Morche (highly recommended). The finish up the job in 10min.

Turns out that if you stress the gum for that long, your healing time goes from a couple of weeks to several months. All of this pain could have been avoided, they should have handed my over as soon as they thought they could not do it. I don’t write this lightly but this was a clear case of malpractice.

I had great expectations for this praxis and was also considering some orthodontics treatments with them, but unfortunately my trust was irreparably broken and I cannot go back.

If you have more challenging situations with your teeth, look for some other place.
