I wanted to share my experience with this dental clinic since my experience was disappointing regardless of so many strong reviews in Google.
After I have seen a small black spot on two teeth of my son, I decided to take him here due to very strong reviews and it is 2 minutes walk to my apartment. My son did not have any symptoms (no pain, no hot/cold sensitivity but just a visual black spot). They did drilling and filling in one session without taking any x-ray. Shortly after this treatment, a disturbing cold sensitivity started in one of the tooth so we went back to them. They said it is may be the filling was left a bit high so they did grind it down a bit and applied some medication on top of the filling (they did not take out the filling but just applied it on top of filling). They said if this does not eliminate the cold sensitivity, they will need to do a root canal treatment. Looking at the initial symptoms, looking at how they tried to understand what caused the cold sensitivity, I was convinced that something was wrong so I took my son to my own dentist. My dentist first took out the filling, applied some medication and waited for couple of days to see if there will be any cold sensitivity. He said if the cold sensitivity continues, it will require a root canal treatment. Cold sensitivity was gone so he did the filling with no need for root canal treatment. He also took x-ray that he spotted another cavity and also fixed that one. It has been almost three weeks and my son has no issue. This was my first and LAST experience with Dr. Sebastian Duong dental clinic.
Addition to my review after 2 years:
The clinic tried to get my review deleted by google after 2 years claiming it was defamatory. I provided all proofs for our experience with them so google kept my review active.

Ich möchte mich herzlich bei Herrn Dr. Duong bedanken, dass er sich meiner Mutter – einer schweren Angstpatientin – angenommen und ihre weit fortgeschrittene Parodontitis behandelt hat.
Zudem ist er auf den Wunsch meiner Mutter eingegangen und hat die noch zu rettenden Zähne erhalten. Jeder andere Zahnarzt hätte die Behandlung bei meiner Mutter vermutlich abgebrochen.
Herr Dr. Duong ist ein sehr kompetenter, empathischer und geduldiger Arzt. Auch ich bin mit seiner Beratung sehr zufrieden.

🦷 Zahnreinigung bei Sandra Weinmann – einfach großartig!

Ich hatte das große Glück, meine Zahnreinigung bei Frau Sandra Weinmann durchführen zu lassen – und ich bin absolut begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an war sie unglaublich sympathisch, professionell und einfühlsam. Ihre ruhige und freundliche Art schafft sofort Vertrauen, und man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben.

Die Behandlung selbst war nicht nur gründlich und kompetent, sondern auch außergewöhnlich angenehm. Frau Weinmann nimmt sich Zeit, erklärt jeden Schritt und geht mit viel Feingefühl auf individuelle Bedürfnisse ein. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Herz und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird.

Ich hatte heute meine Zahnreinigung bei Sandra Weinmann und kann nur sagen: Einfach großartig! Sie arbeitet sehr sorgfältig und professionell, dabei ist sie unglaublich freundlich und einfühlsam. Die Behandlung war angenehm und entspannt – man fühlt sich von Anfang an bestens aufgehoben.

Was ich besonders geschätzt habe, war ihre herzliche Art und persönliche Aufmerksamkeit. Es ist selten, dass man sich während einer Zahnreinigung so wohl und gut betreut fühlt. Sie schafft es, die Behandlung nicht nur professionell, sondern auch zu einer wirklich positiven Begegnung zu machen.
