Dr. Sontag is a very kind, patient doctor. I don’t speak German but she explains everything to me very well. I’ve been to this practice a few times and everyone is very polite. The girls at the reception are also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.
Edit- after a few months of my treatment at this clinic of general cleaning and 1 filling. Two other dentists upon seeing the X-ray of the filling said it was not done fully or properly leading to the decay and death of my tooth where I had to have an emergency root canal. The decay of my tooth was a direct result of the filling not being done well. This is absolute malpractice which has led me to lose a tooth. Previous to her I had a filling in the tooth for many years with no problem at all. After her treatment in 2 years I have lost the tooth. Absolute malpractice.

Haven't seen this dentist because she constantly cancels my appointment. I am trying to visit the dentist for the past three months and booked 4 appointment, but they all got canceled 1 week before the appointment.

I can't say smth about Dr. Sontags work as she never showed up to my 2 appointments.

Made 2 appointments (Not on short term). Went to my appointment in the afternoon, took a seat and after a while we got the notification Dr. will be a bit late. Another 30min. later the waiting room got very packed. Now the receptionist said he need to cancell all appointments due to Dr. is sick.

Well, okay. Can happen. As I had made two appointsments in advance I had no issues so went back home.

One day b4 the 2nd appointment she cancelled the appointment again, so I called and asked for a reason but got no reason exepct Dr. will call me to get a new appointment asap. Gues what: Never got a reply. So you better chose another Dr. I gues she is only behind the "Privatpatienten" and she doesnt care abt all others.

Bin seit knapp 2 Jahren, Patientin und nie Probleme gehabt, sehr freundliches Team das sich gerne Zeit nimmt und einem die Angst vorm Zahnarzttermin. Nur empfehlenswert!!!

Für Gutwetter-Patienten oder zur Durchsicht gut...lange Terminvergabe und wehe man ist akuter Schmerzpatient...Sonntag sind die Schmerzen aufgetreten...Montag angerufen und auf den Dienstag vertröstet/Einnahme von Schmerzmittel...die Annahme wurde verweigert wegen zu hohem Zulauf von Patienten...ich sollte doch einen anderen Zahnarzt aufsuchen...dies habe ich auch getan und denke das ich dort gut aufgehoben bin...das erste Mal wurde mir von einer kompetenten Fachärztin eine Schiene empfohlen (Abrieb durch Knirschen)...diese Praxis hier kann ich aus den genannten Gründen nicht empfehlen und die Annahme zu verweigern ist schon eine Frechheit...!(Notfall)

Ich will gerade eine Bewertung schreiben und lese gerade die Bewertung der Praktikantin , Frau Ramic. Ich war heute bei Frau Sonntag zur Behandlung. Zwischen den Behandlungsräumen ist eine Klappe so daß ich beobachten konnte, wie die Praktikantin in der Ecke stehend, teilnahmslos gelangweilt im Beisein von Patienten mit dem Handy spielte. Dies gab dann wohl Ärger. Ich bin seit Jahren bei Frau Sonntag in Behandlung war und bin stets zufrieden und kann die Bestellung dieser Praktikantin nicht nachvollziehen. Den Rest kann sich jeder ja denken......

Ich gehöre zu den Menschen die auch eher mit einem mulmigen Gefühl zum Zahnarzt gehen - aber bei Frau Dr Sonntag ist alles verflogen.
Sie ist super nett, fachlich versiert und auch noch extrem witzig! Alles wird verständlich erklärt und gezeigt.
Auch die Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich.
Es ist die beste Zahnarztpraxis in der ich jemals war
