Google I had an extremely disappointing experience with this clinic.
I came with a very specific dental issue and expected a straightforward consultation. The dentist looked at my teeth for about five minutes and then suddenly stopped. Instead of treating the problem I came for, I was told I had to come back on another day just to meet the clinic director, who would explain the treatment plan and pricing first.
This felt like a complete waste of my time. I didn’t come for a sales presentation or to be pushed into a large treatment plan. I came with a specific request that could have been addressed during my appointment.
The worst part came a few days later when I received an invoice for this visit. Nobody informed me beforehand that I would be charged. No treatment was performed, nothing was fixed, and I left without receiving the service I came for. If a consultation is going to be billed, patients should be clearly informed before the appointment, not surprised with an invoice afterward .
The entire experience felt unprofessional, poorly organized, and focused more on selling expensive treatment plans than helping patients. I wasted my time, ended up frustrated, and was billed for an appointment that achieved absolutely nothing.
I will not be returning and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone.
Google This is the first time I left a dentist appointment with more pain than when I entered. The doctor did a root canal on my tooth in the most brutal way. I got home with excruciating pain. In the end I booked an emergency appointment with another dentist, which was much more careful and found out that the root canal was not even finished. NEVER AGAIN!

Google В один день проснулся от резкой боли в зубе. Пришлось быстро искать термин и в этот же день наткнулся на эту клинику. Термин сделали уже через час. Приехав, меня записали к Ирине Кондратьевой. Врач прекрасный, высоко компетентный и с хорошим чувством юмора. Лечение прошло без осложнений. Я остался очень доволен а Ирина Кондратьева, помогающая ей ассистент и персонал заслуживают 6-ти звезд из пяти возможных🔥
