Most of the time my experience was positive but not when it turned to the invoicing. After booking an appointment for the actual treatment as a preliminary plan has already been sent to me by post, I got another examination instead, hearing “well yes, we can do what we have stated in the preliminary cost”… why wasn’t it possible to inform me by phone nobody could say (ofc because I am paying for that :))) and the Faktor was much higher - 3,5 instead of normal 2,3).
When I finally got an appointment for the filling change, I also got the same Faktor with the explanation “due to detailed advice on various treatment options”, although we DID NOT discuss any options, I did not have a choice to choose which type of fillings to have as we have already agreed on them in the preliminary plan. Should I pay extra every time for what we have discussed once ? I don’t think so.
The way how the situation was handled by the personnel is ridiculous: “We cannot change the Factor, it’s not possible.” (btw, this is a lie, it is possible and in every Praxis I have ever been it was not a problem). After that: “And you could choose another Praxis.” Well, next time I will definitely follow your advice.
P.S. At the moment I cannot evaluate the work of Ms. Herbstritt (dentist) since the fillings were replaced just two days ago. So far everything is fine and she and her assistant treated me well.
