I didn’t have a positive experience here. Came in with an urgent and complex issue (crown fell out) and was mainly treated by an Azubi. I had to push for a qualified dentist to join the consultation. The dentist left the Azubi to do the treatment and didn’t even check the work at the end. When I told the Azubi that the crown doesn’t feel attached properly and my bite is completely off, they dismissed me and said it’s normal. Really shocking.

I had an appointment at alldent for an initial consultation, during which I was given a treatment plan and cost estimate. After that visit, I followed up several times with their office regarding next steps, but I never received any response.

Unfortunately, there was no communication or support from their side after the first appointment, which left me without guidance and delays in my treatment. As a result, I had to switch to a different dentist and repeat the same procedures elsewhere.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic due to the lack of follow-up and communication after the initial consultation.

AllDent is the best dental clinic you could ever hope for. Everyone here treats you with immense kindness, patience, and passion. Located right in the city center and with English-speaking professionals, it is incredibly easy to get the prompt support you need.

​I first discovered them through an urgent emergency appointment, which turned out to be an absolutely amazing experience. Following that, I had a deep teeth cleaning with Nessrine, who was highly dedicated to her work and offered me practical, concrete advice. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Top. Hatte ein Stück Zahn abgebrochen, Freitag Abend Termin für Samstag morgen gebucht, und mit minimaler Wartezeit wurde mir mit einer provisorischen Füllung sowie Empfehlung zur weiteren Behandlung geholfen. Modern, effizient und über Krankenkasse abgerechnet.

If you can't treat a patient for any reason please at least remember your profession and behave nicely. When I asked what is planned treatment, the doctor didn't respond first but later said we are just controlling the pain today and in the end nothing was treated. Unfortunately unprofessional behavior!

Ich hatte dolle Schmerzen und bin deswegen bis dahin gefahren.
Hab da noch etwa halbe Stunde gewartet, das der Zahnarzt zu mir kommt und sagt das ich eine cárie habe und die keine Zeit für sowas haben.
Einfach unmöglich! Wenn die auf schmerzen und einen Notfall Dienst haben sollte sowas nicht in Frage kommen!

Ich kam gestern als Schmerzpatient . Hatte erwähnt das meine Beschwerden oben rechts seien . Die Ärztin , leider hab ich den Namen vergessen, wollte mich oben links behandeln . Musste zweimal wiederholen das meine Beschwerden doch oben rechts seien . War fassungslos das soetwas passieren kann .Glaube die Ärztin war mit meinem Problem bisschen überfordert. Soetwas hab ich noch nie erlebt. Die Ärztin hat mein Problem bisschen desinfiziert gesaübert und mir ein Medikament gespritzt. Hab noch gefragt ob das Medikament auch wirklich helfen würde da ich morgen nicht wieder kommen möchte . Leider hat das Medikament nicht geholfen und ich muss heute zu einem anderen Zahnarzt.
Bin sehr enttäuscht über die Praxis

Came in 09 in the morning, due to massive tooth ache. Was turned down due to number of patients.
I am in massive pain, but understand the chairs only fit one patient at a time.
Because of non-german telephone number (doctorlib doesn't work), they made me an appointment at 16.
I went home, still massive pain, and came back 1530.
It is now 1730 and I am still sitting here waiting, with massive pain.
I asked what is taking so long, then they tell me the emergency dentist is coming at 18!
I feel neglected and ignored.
I cannot recommend this to anyone.

Seit Kurzem bin ich Patientin bei AllDent und ich bin wirklich sehr glücklich, mich für diese Klinik entschieden zu haben. Mein behandelnder Arzt ist Dr. Römer, und schon vom ersten Termin an habe ich mich bei ihm bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Alle Behandlungen verliefen vollkommen schmerzfrei, und durch seine ruhige, freundliche Art nimmt er einem jede Angst. Er nimmt sich immer Zeit, erklärt alles verständlich und begegnet seinen Patienten mit viel Geduld und Herzlichkeit. Besonders seine Fachkompetenz, Freundlichkeit und die ausführliche Aufklärung haben mir ein sehr gutes und sicheres Gefühl gegeben.
