Bisher war ich mit meiner Zahnärztin sehr zufrieden. Da aber eine umfangreiche Arbeit anstand, suchte ich einen Zahnarzt mit eigenen Labor. Auf Empfehlung kam zu Berlin Smile und Dr. Thorsten. Die Termine können online vereinbart werden und man wird auch rechtzeitig per SMS erinnert. Guter Service. Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang sind nett und freundlich. Die Erstberatung bei Dr. Thorsten war für mich informativ, umfassend und verständlich, es blieben keine Fragen offen. Neu war für mich, dass er die möglichen Varianten mit dem Labor besprochen und abgestimmt hat. Und dann ging es ganz schnell, nach nur 2 Sitzungen waren 2 obere Schneide- und die Eckzähne und 4 untere Backenzähne verkront. Und die Zahntechnikerin hat eine professionelle Arbeit abgeliefert. Alles passte auf Anhieb. Ich kann deshalb dieses Team nur weiterempfehlen.

I went to Smile Berlin on July 31 for a gum boil and had two X-rays done. The dentist said everything was fine and I had nothing to worry about. However, when I returned to the Philippines and sought a second opinion, my dentist discovered a serious internal tooth problem that required a root canal.

What disappoints me is that despite undergoing X-rays and a consultation, such a basic yet critical issue was not detected. Had I trusted the initial diagnosis, the problem could have worsened and led to further complications. I expected a more thorough and accurate examination, especially from a clinic with a strong reputation.

While the clinic’s service and facilities were good, this experience has shaken my trust in their ability to provide reliable diagnostics.

Best dental experience I’ve had. Very friendly and competent dentist and staff. Explained everything he did very well, process was very easy and straightforward. Accepts all insurance and I needed an emergency appointment and I got one for the same day. Best dentist in Berlin.
