Top Zahnarzt! Hab zwei Implantate machen lassen und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Zahnarzt hat sich Zeit genommen mir alles zu erklären und Behandlung lief sehr professionell ab.

Mixed start, but good final results

My experience with this clinic was a journey of two halves. While I am happy with the final result, the process had significant hurdles.

Pros:
* The final implant is good and seem to fit well.
* Professionalism: The dentist is highly respectful and takes the time to explain procedures clearly.

Cons:
* My extraction was performed without an assistant due to staffing issues. This turned a standard procedure into a grueling 2-hour ordeal, leading to an infection and a permanent scar inside my cheek.
* The final price was higher than the initial estimate, though not excessively so. Not a huge problem.

Ongoing story: so far not good

Started very promising but not going so good.

Initial visited were great. Good discussions. X-rays. Good assessment. I felt happy to go with them for a new tooth implant.

Tooth extraction. Unfortunately the assistant called in sick but they never called me to reschedule and my doctor decided to do it by himself. Without an assistant, the surgery took over 2 hours and 15 minutes with my jaw feeling like it's about to break. It was very unpleasant experience.

Even worse, I had an infection after the surgery. Was able to get an appointment after a week. And t was treaty hastily and poorly. Left me with at least few days of pain and bump scar between my cheek and jaw.

After that, I never got an appointment nor I have heard from them. I only got a bill that felt a bit hefty and over the approximate charges at the initial examination

Note, I believe they are overcharging me for not having an assistant for the tooth extraction.

I will continue you updating this review since I am not yet done with my implant. I only hope things go better from here.

After 2,5 years I decided to finish my relationship with this clinic. I encountered very disrespectful approach from some doctors and stuff. Expertise and professionalism were also not always there. Considering, that there are approximately 20 dental practices only in Moabit, I do not see any reasons to stay there. And for sure, I will not recommend this practice to anyone.

Ich denke, es handelt sich um ein MVZ, aber ich muss sagen, ich hab noch nie so eine gute Behandlung bekommen in einer zahnärztlichen Praxis. Ich bin hierher gewechselt, weil meine alte Praxis mittlerweile auch 120€ für eine professionelle Zahnreinigung nimmt und die hier näher ist. Die Reinigung war aber sehr viel gründlicher und besser, als ich sie je bekommen habe. Sonst heißt es immer nur “oh sie haben so schöne Zähne” und deswegen wird dann nicht richtig ordentlich gearbeitet. Hier werden die Zähne vorher angefärbt und wirklich alles ordentlichst gereinigt. Ausserdem habe ich spontan noch eine zahnärztliche Kontrolle und ein Röntgen bekommen und auch der zahnärztliche Leiter hat nicht einfach nur meine Zähne gelobt, sondern sie richtig angeguckt und mir gesagt, welche Schwachstellen es bei mir gibt, und sehr geduldig Fragen beantwortet. Andere Behandlungsarten kann ich natürlich nicht bewerten, aber zur PZR war ich sicher schon in 6 oder 7 verschiedenen Praxen in Berlin und das war definitiv die beste.

Ausserdem ist die Praxis ultramodern und gendergerechte Anamnese am Tablet: Toll!!

10/10, I highly recommend this dentist! All the employees there are soooo nice! ❤️ I got a prophylaxis, I had not been to the dentist in a long time. They made me feel comfortable, even though I was ashamed of the way my teeth looked 😅. They were so friendly and explained everything in detail. My teeth look much better now, I will be staying by this dentist for sure. Thank you so much for your kind and excellent service!!! ❤️

The best dentist I've ever visited 😊 I came here with the issue of having holes in almost every tooth, due to years of neglecting my own health, and they embraced me with open arms. The doctor is sweet, patient and understanding while the assistants are super nice and gentle! Treatment doesn't hurt and they don't bleed you dry if money like other dentists do and try to find the least expensive option you can get that also leaves you satisfied. I feel better about smiling now, genuinely, and couldn't recommend them more!💜
