My recent experience at Docs Dental was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. I want to give special recognition to Toni (apologies if I’ve misspelled the name), she was absolutely incredible. I was feeling a bit nervous about my visit, but she immediately put me at ease with her warm demeanor, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I’ve never had such a positive experience at the dentist before.

I also want to acknowledge the young man at the front desk (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name), who was incredibly patient and helpful. He took the time to walk me through the details of my upcoming appointments and explain what was and wasn’t covered by my insurance. His assistance made the process smooth and stress-free.

I highly recommend Docs Dental to anyone in the KMC area. Their team is compassionate, professional, and truly dedicated to providing top-tier care.

I had quite a lot of work done at DOCS Dental in Ramstein. The regular cleaning, aesthetic crowns, fillings and an emergency root canal. First of all, the staff is simply amazing. They will make you feel very comfortable, making sure during any sort of procedure that you feel no discomfort. Secondly, it seems like they take things personally. When I had my crowns prepared, the manager was unhappy with the crowns the lab prepared and made sure the final result was perfect.
I do see some mentions from people saying that sometime they had to wait for a longer time. It did once happen to me too, but keep in mind, this is a dental clinic. And when emergencies come up, you need to take care of those patients in pain. And I know that, because I once had an emergency and I can not explain how happy I am that they helped me. Did I mess up their schedule? Very probably, yes. But I am grateful that they didn’t just send me back home. And you would be just as grateful in an emergency situation.
I completely 100% recommend this clinic.

Every new duty station brings the challenge of finding trusted healthcare providers. Finding a great dental practice can be especially difficult, but we’re truly lucky to have found Docs Dental.

From our first visit, the staff was warm, organized, and attentive. Most notably, Toni Massey, one of the dental hygienists, she’s an absolute gem. I had the absolute pleasure of seeing Toni Massey for my recent dental cleaning, and Toni made me feel completely at ease with her warm, friendly demeanor and genuine, caring nature.

We highly recommend Docs Dental.

Docs Dental at KMCC Ramstein is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you're met with top-tier customer service, a clean and welcoming environment, and a team that genuinely cares. My entire family has received care from all of their providers—dentists, hygienists, and techs—and every single one has been incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough. It's rare to find a dental office where everyone goes above and beyond, but Docs Dental consistently delivers that experience.
The only downside is that they don't file with my insurance provider, so I have to pay the full cost upfront. However, this is expected at all overseas dental clinics, so it's not unique to Docs Dental. That said, the quality of care we receive is worth it, and I always leave feeling confident that my family is in great hands. Highly recommend!

Wow. I actually have never witnessed a doctor belittle a coworker before until today. I can’t believe how unprofessional this pediatric dentist was towards her hygienist. My services will be managed elsewhere now but I hope that hygienist knows her worth and finds better.

My experience with my oldest son was amazing cleaning was quick it was 30 min max. He is a teen so he gets seen by a regular dentist.

Then last week I go with my youngest to be seen by the Pediatric Doctor and once again the cleaning was fast the employee was amazing, but when it came for the Pediatric doctor to come and see him it was a 1hr wait just for her to say ok no cavites keep brushing. I mean how about you schedule less patients or know how to control your time with each patient because there is a reason there are APPOINTMENTS and if you are busy just call prior the appointment and reschedule not keep booking patients left and right and having them wait 1 hour for a 10 min consult.

I hope this doesn't happen again because it will be our last.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this office. I went in for a cleaning and X-rays. I was offered fluoride at one point and agreed, only to walk out of the office and realize later that they never even did a fluoride treatment. Probably because the entire office is absolute chaos. There was no organization or routine. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting room (2 other people were also scheduled for the same time as me and were escorted back). I was thrown into a room and handed sunglasses and told “put these on when the doctor comes in”. The doctor came in 15 minutes later and did the cleaning herself - which was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever encountered. My gums bled as she carved into them with the tool, something I’ve never had happen before. The only person that I encountered that knew what they were doing was Josh (I’m sure there are other competent people, but he is the only one I saw who was in my appointment). The entire appointment I just heard people shuffling back and forth between rooms running like chickens with heads cut off. This place needs a management overhaul. The order of events during the appointment made no sense at all, and I’m not sure why a dentist did my dental cleaning. It was so chaotic I can’t even describe it. It was very uneasy feeling the whole 1 hour and 45 minutes I was there. Maybe it was an off day, but I won’t be returning. But shoutout to Josh who is a great assistant. 👏

Thank you Doc’s Dental! Switched to this office from an off-base dentist that I wasn’t impressed with. I love this dentist and my hygienist! Doc’s Dental is such a gift. & it’s upstairs at the BX! Does it get any better? Professional, flexible, affordable, and then fantastic staff. What a relief! (Direct billing to TRICARE/United Concordia- yay!)

I had hoped to leave a positive review because some of the staff are genuinely nice and do their best given the circumstances. However, the response I received after needing to cancel my appointment was unacceptable. I was charged $25 for canceling less than 24 hours in advance due to my daughter falling ill at school, which was beyond my control. It's unreasonable to expect a 24-hour notice for such unforeseen events.

Moreover, I was informed that a doctor's note would not be accepted to waive the fee because I "took up the dentist's time." This is particularly frustrating considering that every appointment I've had at this facility has involved significant delays. For instance, my recent six-month teeth cleaning appointment was scheduled for 1 PM, but I didn't leave until after 4 PM due to the dentist's prior appointment running over. Similarly, my daughter's 11 AM appointment extended past 5 PM, causing her to miss an entire day of school.

It seems my time is not valued, yet I am penalized for canceling due to an emergency. This double standard is unacceptable. I will pay the fee, but I will also be canceling all future appointments and will not be returning to this dental office. I tried to be understanding and patient despite the numerous hours of my time wasted, but to charge me for your time? Absolutely not. I no longer understand or care.

Toddler appointment for my 28 month old son. We had a great experience! Dr Magi was calm, kind and patient to make the visit really easy and enjoyable. We were able to choose a YouTube show to watch together, and they even offered toys. Definitely recommend!

This clinic is simply fantastic. I had such a positive experience with all of the staff. The clinicians are truly experts that want you to make informed decisions regarding oral health.

Also, I have to add that it was such a breath of fresh air to not have to worry about parking and communcation barriers! Facility was clean, welcoming and staff made me feel at ease. I do not know how this clinic came to be, but I am so grateful because I know the impact this will have on my and my family’s quality of life. Great work, Team.

I was happy with my initial new client appointment and cleaning. The scans and putting awkward objects in your mouth to be x-rayed are always annoying, but the DOCS machine sounded like an arcade game, so that was fun. Daylin was my hygienist. She is excellent at her job; she is fast and efficient and takes the time to explain what she is able to do in your mouth. I was wearing my Rayban Meta Glasses and listening to a Podcast the whole time, so the view out of the huge patient rooms was nice. There was this large orange spinning radar thing. It made the time go by faster.

All the ladies who work at DOCS are fun and pleasant. Give it a try!

The Staff and the facility at docs dental were outstanding. Doctor Engols an the dental assistant Ryann did an amazing job both were very knowledgeable and very smooth and gentle with all the tools that were used. I was apprehensive at first because it was inside the mall, But I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for dental services.
