It’s been nearly a year since I removed my braces, and today marks my final visit—my orthodontic treatment is officially complete!

Ich kann den anderen negativen Bewertungen hier nur zustimmen. Schon am Empfang wird man unfreundlich empfangen, kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort. Die Behandlung selbst wirkt hektisch und unsauber – man fühlt sich einfach nicht gut aufgehoben.

Sobald man nach der Behandlung noch etwas fragt oder etwas wissen möchte, kostet plötzlich alles extra. Statt einer vernünftigen Erklärung bekommt man nur ein genervtes Gesicht und den Spruch: „Warum sagen Sie das nicht gleich?“

Am Ende kam dann auch noch eine deutlich höhere Rechnung als erwartet.
Für mich steht fest: Diese Praxis sieht mich nicht wieder. Freundlichkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang mit Patienten sollten selbstverständlich sein.

The receptionist woman in the reception area is the rudest person that I have ever met, I don't know how she is employed there in the first place, she threw the formular on the table aggressively and she told me to sign without any explanation. And she doesn't know the difference between private health insurance and public health insurance, she was looking at the card in a weird way, as it's the first time seeing this type of insurance and for any questions, she replies with I don't know, just wait.
She treated people talking English very rude and being nice for people talking German.

Simply amazing service!

I had an accident at work that broke my retainer. I came to this clinic right away, and the welcome was incredibly warm.
The orthodontist didn’t make me wait. She immediately took me to the treatment room and removed the remaining pieces of the retainer, even though it was during her lunchtime.

I’m truly grateful for this exceptional care and professionalism.

If you’re looking for outstanding treatment, I highly recommend this clinic!

Beste Praxis überhaupt! Von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und wurde immer gut und sehr professionell durch meine ganze Zeit begleitet. Ich kann aus schlechten Erfahrungen sprechen, die ich Jahre lang in einer anderen Praxis zuvor hatte. Frau Engel, sowie alle anderen Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr herzliche Menschen und einfach ein super Team. Heute war mein letzter Termin, ich gehe mit einem lachenden und einem weinenden Auge, vielen Dank für alles. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen, gerade für Menschen mit schlechten Erfahrungen ideal und für alle anderen natürlich auch!

This clinic is outstanding—both professional and friendly! I always look forward to my next appointment. First of all, the reception is honestly the nicest and most efficient I have ever experienced in Germany. Frau Aulich makes each visit very pleasant. Dental assistant Atchara, Doctors Sylvia Engel and Stefan Welte-Garcia, are incredibly patient and gentle.

I compared several clinics in Berlin and feel very fortunate to have chosen this one. After starting my treatment, I recommended this clinic to my relatives, and I will always recommend it to others living in Berlin.

Ich habe zwei Kinder mit Zahnspangen hier in Behandlung, und alles läuft gut. Das ganze Team ist hochprofessionell und immer freundlich. Die Dame am Empfang ist sehr hilfreich und kompetent. Sie wird in anderen Rezensionen als 'graue Haare & Brille' beschrieben, aber sie ist vielmehr wie ein empathischer Anker inmitten einer wirklich geschäftigen Praxis.

Kieferorthopäde gesucht, Engel gefunden! Perfektes Ergebnis mit Invisalign 👍🏼

Ich kam zunächst via google auf diese Praxis - im Nachhinein sollte es sich als echte Empfehlung herausstellen!! Super nette Stimme am Telefon - hat man ja wahrlich selten beim Arzt:-)))) Terminvergabe war flott, da ich frei arbeite und sehr flexibel bin. Die Behandlung selber erstreckte sich über ein paar Monate - alle zwei Wochen nimmt man neue Schienen. Insgesamt ist das Ergebnis echt toll!

Die Preise bei Invisalign sind gerechtfertigt! Ich habe viele Bekannte, die mit Dr. Smile und anderen Billiganbietern auf die Nase gefallen sind und dann für viel viel Geld in einer echten kieferorthopädischen Praxis wie dieser z.B. alles reparieren lassen mussten..... --> Fazit: lieber gleich zum Fachmann, eeee.... Frau:-)!

Lasse meine Kinder nun auch dort durchchecken! Ach ja: wunderschöne Praxisräume!!!!!!

It is so nice to see a health professional advise you about all your options, in all honesty, without making any decisions for you. I felt enlightened and respected during my consultation and that really is a all I expect, a good and rare experience. The secretary was nice as well, the office is clean, modern, nicely design. It just feels really good. I didn't have any treatment yet, only a consultation, but I was very happy with it. I really recommend it.
