I had unbearable pain and I had the doctor was very nice, friendly and extremely professional. Was here for a root canal, and have to say the experience was very professional and doctors made sure that everything is done with utmost precision. After a few days I don’t feel anything at all, as if I never had any problem with that tooth.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal in dieser Praxis und habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.
Der Zahnarzt Dr. Sassi hat sich viel Zeit genommen, alles sehr verständlich erklärt und mir die Röntgenbilder genau gezeigt, inklusive Vergleiche. Ich hatte das Gefühl, wirklich ernst genommen und gut aufgeklärt zu werden.
Nach einer weniger guten Erfahrung in einer anderen Praxis war das hier ein riesiger Unterschied. Ich bin sehr dankbar und glücklich, endlich einen Zahnarzt gefunden zu haben, bei dem man sich in guten Händen fühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Arzt hat wenigstens sachen gemacht, die andere vor ihm nicht gemacht haben und hat einige dinge erklärt. Er kann mich aber nicht weiter behandeln, weil er nicht weiß wie. Von Tag 1 an habe ich mich in der Praxis bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist super freundlich, einfühlsam und professionell. Einen Kontrolltermin bekomme ich in der Regel am selben Tag und Ich werde immer umfassend über Kosten und Behandlung aufgeklärt. Kann ich nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Zahnfleisch. Diese hatten sich zurückgezogen, so dass die Zahnhälse weit frei waren. Mundgeruch trotz tägliches Putzen...
Dank dem Einsatz vom happy bite und deren Engagement, wurde das Problem sehr gut gelöst... Zahnfleisch gerettet Zähne gerettet...sehr kompetent...

Ongoing story: so far not good

Started very promising but not going so good.

Initial visited were great. Good discussions. X-rays. Good assessment. I felt happy to go with them for a new tooth implant.

Tooth extraction. Unfortunately the assistant called in sick but they never called me to reschedule and my doctor decided to do it by himself. Without an assistant, the surgery took over 2 hours and 15 minutes with my jaw feeling like it's about to break. It was very unpleasant experience.

Even worse, I had an infection after the surgery. Was able to get an appointment after a week. And t was treaty hastily and poorly. Left me with at least few days of pain and bump scar between my cheek and jaw.

After that, I never got an appointment nor I have heard from them. I only got a bill that felt a bit hefty and over the approximate charges at the initial examination

Note, I believe they are overcharging me for not having an assistant for the tooth extraction.

I will continue you updating this review since I am not yet done with my implant. I only hope things go better from here.

Today I went to Happybite for the first time by recommendation. I went for a professional teeth cleaning and I am in awe of the professionalism of Ms Sofija. She did an outstanding job and was very gentle and explained everything to me. The praxis is beautiful and immaculate clean! And the receptionist was truly kind and efficient. The most important thing for me, is that both receptionist and doctor speak fluent english, and from the moment I was received I was offered English communication. I am not fluent in German, and that can make the difference between being able to make an appointment or not. The overall experience was excellent, and I cannot recommend them enough 🙏🏻

There are so many good things about this praxis:
1. Appointment process is super easy and there were available appointments quite soon, as I needed it.
2. The doctor is very professional and attentive to your needs. I had several problems and I got help and treated already 3 teeth in this place just within the last 2 month. I am very satisfied with the quality. Everything was explained to me well before the procedures, which I value a lot.
3. All the staff is friendly at reception and the assisting doctors were always helpful, friendly and professional.
4. You could notice that all the equipment is very new and technically up to date.
5. The place itself is very new, beautiful, stylish, clean. It means a lot and it is a very modern feeling as soon as you enter the place. I also need to highlight that this is the only place with the coolest playlist (the music on the background) I have ever been to in Berlin. 👌

I need to add that I am super scared of the dental procedures. But in this place I handle my fear much better.

Super moderne Praxis mit jungem freundlichen Team! Alles ist sehr familiär und weltoffen!
Ich habe super schnell einen Termin zur Zahnreinigung bekommen und hatte vor allem keine große Wartezeit. Die Zahnärztin Maria ist sehr nett und die Zahnreinigung war überhaupt nicht schmerzhaft, wie ich das sonst manchmal erlebt hatte!
