I've been at this dental practice for 5 years now and I'm very satisfied with the treatment here. The staff are always friendly and professional and the dentists are good at their jobs. If you intend on going for a professional cleaning, I would highly recommend doing it here as it costs the same as everywhere else only they also blast your teeth with a sodium bicarbonate solution at the end, which removes any stains. I came away with teeth as white as they were when I was in my 20s and I've never had this experience with professional cleanings elsewhere

I have had such horrible experiences at the dentist in the past. I was in tears when I left today because I couldn’t believe how cared for I felt during my appointment. Natalie, who cleaned my teeth, was soo kind and took her time to answer all my questions. The dentist then took all of my concerns seriously and immediately got me fitted for a night retainer. I’ve never had such a comfortable and pleasant experience at the dentist. Thank you so much!!!!

Ich kenne Frau Wittkopf seit 7 Jahren. Noch nie habe ich mich bei einer Ärztin so gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Die Beratung und Behandlung einfach nur top.

After a traumatic incident at a different dentist I didn't get my teeth checked for a few years and was super anxious to go now. But Dr Nasser and his Assistent were really great! He was very kind and had a positive character, explained all calmly and worked with me on action plan to help with my issue. The teeth cleaning he gave me today was also relatively painless (pleasant surprise after not getting teeth cleaned in a few years).

Yes, we all know those horrific sounds of dental practices, those lovely heavy duty tools navigating your mouth… but I might say apart from this classic prejudice, I got a wisdom tooth removed by Kaled Nasser, I followed his post abstraction instructions and I had/have 0 inflammation and 0 pain. Today, after 3 days is almost completely healed and slowly going back to normal food! I can highly recommend him! The girls in the reception are really nice too! Everyone speaks English! :)

Dentist Anna Wittkopf is the best dentist in Berlin. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I had a serious issue with an infection under my teeth and Ms. Wittkopf directed me to a great surgery who have taken great care to preserve my real tooth (and not just pull it out).
Her advice and information is very detailed and helpful and I feel well informed when it comes to any treatment here. Thanks to everyone in the team for your speedy replies to emails, fast ability to book appointments and dealing with those awful infections in my horrid tooth.

I have been living in Berlin for almost 5 years and this is the first time I feel comfortable at the dentist. I went to Kottident on the recommendation of several friends. Dr. Anna Wittkopft and her assistant took very good care of me and answered all my questions. She is very kind and patient and we had the whole consultation in English. She also told me that he has a colleague who speaks Spanish, so I could recommend him to any patient in the Hispanic community. I am very happy to have finally found a good dentist!

The employees are very English-friendly, you can now book appointment online (which is great!), and the dentists have done good work. Hatte starke Schmerzen und keinen richtigen Termin. Habe also um 9:00 angerufen. Jetzt (12:00) bin ich schon wieder zu Hause, so toll haben die mich dazwischengeschoben. Alle waren unfassbar lieb und hilfsbereit. Alles wurde mir genau erklärt und alle machten einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Hab mich auch während der gefürchteten Wurzelbehandlung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen!

I went for a cleaning a couple of weeks ago and Tatiana was amazing. She explained every step of the way, was very gentle and made the whole process so much more enjoyable. I've never written a review about a dental cleaning before because normally it's not something you rave about, but here it was! Would highly recommend.
