My experience at this dental clinic was not positive. There were some issues with appointment timing, as I often had to wait longer than expected. I also felt that communication with the doctor was sometimes challenging, and I didn’t always feel comfortable asking questions. In addition, I was not fully satisfied with the treatment results. Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was not satisfactory. The waiting time was longer than expected despite having a prior appointment. Additionally, the manner of interaction was not sufficiently friendly, which made communication difficult. I was also not fully satisfied with the treatment outcome. Based on my personal experience, this clinic may not be the best choice for everyone. I hope that the quality of service and patient experience will be improved in the future.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this clinic. Although I was always on time, there were often long waiting times, and on one occasion I even had to leave. I also felt that communication with the doctor was difficult, as I was not always able to ask my questions properly or get clear answers.
I was not satisfied with some of the treatments, as I did not notice any lasting improvement. I also had the impression that the appointments were rather short. Overall, I did not feel that enough attention was given to my needs as a patient.
In addition, I was asked several times to leave a positive review on Google, which made me uncomfortable. Therefore, my overall experience was not satisfactory.

Ich kann diese Praxis leider nicht empfehlen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass meine Anliegen nicht ausreichend berücksichtigt wurden. Mit den Behandlungen war ich nicht zufrieden, da ich mehrfach wegen einer Füllung zurückkommen musste und das Problem nicht dauerhaft gelöst wurde. Außerdem hatte ich das Gefühl, dass nicht genug Zeit für meine Fragen eingeplant wurde und die Kommunikation teilweise schwierig war. Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung daher nicht zufriedenstellend.

عن تجربه وعلاج كان جدا ممتاز ونتائج مذهله حصلت عليها عند الدكتور رائد انسان يتفهم ويفهم ويعطي وقت كافي جدا للمريض ولايشعرك لا بالتعب ولا الاحراج بكل طرق العلاج والتلبيسات والتعويضات جميله للغايه وتبدو طبيعيه في الفم ويبقى مع المريض الى ان ياخذ النتيجه التي يردها ومواعيده ممتلزه وفريق العمل رائعون وطيبون وكان التعامل معهم اسعدني كثيرا ويستحقون اكثر من خمس نجوم من اعظم الدكاتره الدكتور رائد
