Unfortunately, my experience at this dental practice was not satisfactory. Despite my difficult and particular situation as a patient, I had the feeling that the dentist behaved unprofessionally and appointments were not kept. It seemed as if financial interests were in the foreground, instead of considering the patient's wishes or difficult situation. I cannot recommend this experience."

Erster Termin in der Boxhagener Straße wurde 30 Minuten vor Beginn abgesagt – ärgerlich, aber kann passieren.

Beim zweiten Versuch am Standort East Side Gallery lief es leider nicht besser:
trotz bereits hinterlegter Daten erneut mehrere Seiten Fragebogen, anschließend lange Wartezeit.

Nach 20 Minuten Nachfrage, weitere 10 Minuten Warten im Behandlungsraum – ohne dass etwas geschah. Ich bin dann gegangen.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche Empfangsdame und die moderne Ausstattung. Insgesamt war der Ablauf jedoch chaotisch und wenig professionell organisiert.

Ich denke die guten alten Bewertungen bezogen sich auf Dr. Bishawi, ein Top Zahnarzt der leider nicht mehr dort arbeitet. Der „Ersatz“ war leider eine Katastrophe: Wurzelbehandlung mit anschließender Keramikfüllung (mit mehr als 500 Euro Zuzahlung, übriges auch höher als auf dem Kostenvoranschlag angegeben), dann zu früh zugemacht was in einer Entzündung resultierte. Das hat dann ein anderer Zahnarzt festgestellt, ich würde diese Klinik definitiv nicht empfehlen.

Ich habe zweimal eine Zahnreinigung bei Anastasia machen lassen und war beide Male äußerst zufrieden. Sie arbeitet sehr sorgfältig und detailorientiert und erkundigt sich regelmäßig, wie man sich während der Behandlung fühlt. Das Ergebnis ist großartig – ich kann sie für diesen Eingriff uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Віддаю усі 5 зірок цій клініці! Привітний персонал, чудове обслуговування ну і жирний + за те, що є російськомовні лікарі. Оскільки маю важке лікування зубів, для мене важливо було обговорити зрозумілою мені мовою план лікування. Особливе дякую за професійну чистку зубів (шкода, що не знаю ім'я лікаря), усе було комфортно, без болі та крові. Радію, що натрапила саме на цю клініку.

Ausschließlich schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Praxis gemacht. Der Termin wurde heute 30 Minuten vorher abgesagt. Zuvor wartete ich fast ein halbes Jahr auf einen Zahnarztbericht, der für meine weitere Behandlung zwingend notwendig war. Die Praxis ist gegenüber Patienten ignorant und das Personal ganz deutlich überlastet. Eine hohe Mitarbeiterfluktuation ist kein gutes Zeichen. Hier komme ich nicht mehr her und kann es auch keinem empfehlen. Schlechteste Zahnarztpraxiserfahrung meines Lebens.

Edit: Zum Glück hab ich den Zahnarzt gewechselt. Zahn33 wollte mich teuer verkronen. Der neue Zahnarzt hat festgestellt, dass meine Wurzeln unter dem Zahn (durch fehlerhafte Zahnwurzelbehandlung) entzündet sind. Eine sofortige Verkronung wäre fahrlässig gewesen!

Rundum zufrieden bei ZAHN33 an der East Side Gallery Berlin

Seit knapp einem Jahr befinde ich mich bei ZAHN33 aufgrund damals akuter Beschwerden in Behandlung. Aufgrund einer schweren gesundheitlichen Vorbelastung bei bisher stets gesundem Zahnstatus war ich ängstlich, weil ich nicht wusste, was nun mit gebrochenem Zahn und anstehender umfangreicher Behandlung auf mich zukommt. Angefangen bei Herrn Bishawi und durch seinen Wechsel bei Herrn Kandil befand und befinde ich mich in den allerbesten Händen erfahrener und höchst professioneller, einfühlsamer TOP-Zahnmediziner. Herr Kandil hat die Behandlung übernommen und großartig fortgesetzt. Alle Fragen werden ausführlich und geduldig besprochen. Die Behandlung erfolgte bis heute, kurz vor Abschluss, in ausgezeichneter Weise. Ich habe durch einen Zufall die für mich beste Zahnarztpraxis gefunden, in der ich jemals behandelt worden bin.
Nicht nur die Ärzte sind hervorragend: Das Praxis-Team ist bestens organisiert, Termine sind super geplant, und die zahnmedizinischen Assistentinnen sind freundlich, sehr einfühlsam und hoch professionell. Bei meiner letzten Behandlung war ich aufgrund einer Erkältung angeschlagen: Mir wurde ein Kamillentee gekocht, was mich immens gefreut und mit der lieben Geste sehr bewegt hat. Als Patient ist man hier Mensch und wird stets freundlich und menschlich behandelt. Das ist heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich. DANKE, liebes Team von ZAHN33. Bis bald!

I visited this clinic in the morning for a routine tooth cleaning. While their service was generally good, I feel they need to show more empathy and understanding toward their patients' individual needs.

Before starting the procedure, I informed the dentist that I have a breathing issue and cannot keep my mouth open for extended periods. I specifically requested that they go a bit slower and allow me to sip if I raise my hand as a signal. Initially, the process began smoothly, and I appreciated their attentiveness.

However, during the procedure, I suddenly developed a hiccup, which made it very difficult for me to breathe. I raised my hand as we had agreed, and while the dentist did remove the tools from my mouth, I ended up swallowing a significant amount of blood in the process. This was already distressing, but what happened next was even more upsetting.

The dentist abruptly told me, "You can't do that, you're interrupting the process," which felt quite insensitive given my situation. To make matters worse, she mentioned she had two more patients waiting, which made me feel like I was being rushed out instead of being cared for properly.

The lack of empathy in such moments was truly disappointing. Dental procedures can already be stressful, especially for patients with underlying issues like mine. A little more patience and understanding would have gone a long way in improving my experience.

Overall, while the service quality was fine, I would strongly recommend they work on their communication and show more compassion toward their patients' needs.

Excellent Experience with Dr. Korsakov!
Can say for sure that Dr. Korsakov is an outstanding dentist! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at his practice. He is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable during each procedure. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more complex treatment, Dr. Philip takes the time to explain everything clearly, which helps ease my dental anxiety. Since childhood, I'm super anxious at the dentist, but Philipp always makes the process super calm for me.
The staff is friendly and professional, and the office is clean and welcoming. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my dental health thanks to his care and advice. I highly recommend Dr. Korsakov to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist!

Der Herr Bishawi hat meinen Zahn sehr gut behandelt. Mein Zahn war ziemlich schlimm, ich habe ganz schmerzlose Wurzelbehandlung und Kronen bekommen. Er macht sehr vorsichtig und geduldig.
Der Praxis befindet sich in einem schönen Ort und sehr bequem aufgebaut. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Heute hatte ich hier einen Termin zur Professionellen Zahnreinigung wahrnehmen können - meinen ersten Termin an diesem Standort der Zahn33-Praxen.

Die Praxis ist gut zu erreichen. Sie ist sehr hell & modern eingerichtet.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und konnte mir bei einem anderen, zusätzlichen Anliegen beim Ausfüllen der Bögen gut weiterhelfen.

Für die Professionelle Zahnreinigung hatte mich Philipp freundlich begrüßt und sie durchgeführt.

Für mich persönlich war die Professionelle Zahnreinigung bisher nie wirklich ... ein freudiges Highlight. ;)

Und zugegeben, trotz regelmäßiger PZRen, sind mir gewisse "Gebrauchsspuren" immer noch etwas unangenehm beim Zahnarztbesuch.

Jedenfalls, was soll ich sagen:

Philipp hat die Professionelle Zahnreinigung ganz hervorragend durchgeführt. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich empfand die Behandlung als sehr konzentriert und sehr fachsicher, gleichzeitig ruhig und besonnen.

Just wanted to leave a nice feedback for my new dentist. The praxis is relatively new, equipped with the latest technology. Had my teeth cleaned by Bella. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. She also gave me great advice on what I can do to keep my gums healthier. Very knowledgeable. Usually the dentist gives me anxiety but I felt at ease here. Highly recommend :)
