Diese Praxis habe ich mir vor 10 Jahren ausgesucht, weil sie laut Bewertungen sehr einfühlsam auf Angstpatienten eingeht.
In den letzten 1,5 Jahren hatte ich eine intensive Behandlung mit vielen Terminen. Meistens war ich nach 5 Minuten Wartezeit im Behandlungsraum (obwohl die Kulisse des Alexanderplatzes das Warten kurzweilig macht). Jeder nimmt sich Zeit zum Zuhören und ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der dem Ergebnis der Therapie.

In drei Worten: professionell, organisiert, zugewandt.

Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem gesamten Zahnärzte- und Praxisteam. Die Kommunikation und Terminabstimmung sind immer ausgesprochen freundlich, und sowohl Beratung als auch Behandlung laufen höchst professionell ab. Die Ärzt*innen nehmen sich wirklich Zeit, hören aufmerksam zu und beantworten alle Fragen geduldig und empathisch. Jetzt hatte ich eine Implantat-OP und bin von der Behandlung begeistert. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit sicher, gut informiert und gesehen. Die positive Atmosphäre im Team trägt zusätzlich dazu bei, dass ich mich trotz meiner Ängste vor Zahnbehandlungen dort gut fühle.

Ja ich war frustriert von einigen Zahnärzten, das hatte verschiedene Gründe, Chemie stimmte nicht, zu teuer, zu lange Wartezeiten für einen Termin und nur Dollarzeichen im Blick. Hier bin ich seit längerem suchen auf eine tolle Praxis, modernste Geräte, tolles Personal, keine längeren Wartezeiten. Schön bei meinem ersten Besuch war ich überzeugt und man hat sich Zeit genommen und meine Bedenken waren verflogen. Frau Dr. Hübner strahlt eine Ruhe aun und erklärt alles verständlich. Man merkt die Professionalität aller. Kann diese Praxis nur empfehlen und keine Abzocke. Dankeschön an alle und meine Bedenken haben sich erledigt.

I had a fantastic experience at Zahnarztpraxis Panorama1! Ms. Hubner did my cleaning, and she was incredibly sweet and attentive. I mentioned my phobia due to a past experience, and she truly listened to everything I said, making me feel comfortable and safe. Mr. Hubner performed two wisdom tooth extractions, and I was amazed at how painless the process was. I had no swelling or discomfort afterward. Once, I needed an emergency appointment, and they accommodated me very quickly through simple contact. The whole team is professional and caring. Highly recommend!

I visited this practice last year for a simple teeth cleaning because my usual practitioner was fully booked.
When I got there, they requested I got my teeth checked as well, which I said was not necessary because they had been checked one week prior and I had been told that everything was in order. They insisted that it was the procedure (cleaning + checkup), so I gave in.
During the checkup the dentist was quite rough with my teeth, then told me that I was bleeding because of an infection. I clearly was bleeding because of the way he had been handling me, but anyway. He also found multiple issues that he wanted me to start fixing immediately. I really felt pressured to accept without getting enough information, including on the costs. I had to insist to get a "plan" first and left the place with a very unpleasant feeling.
The plan was sent to me a few weeks later per email, with a total cost over a thousand euros for a filling and a crown. I could not understand why I had such costly issues that had not brought to my attention by my first dentist. I decided to go to yet another dentist to get a third opinion and they told me that I was fine. So that's 2 against 1.
I have been checking this page for some time now, and I've noticed that most negative reviews disappear... So I don't have have a lot of hope for mine. But for what it's worth, despite the very nice people at the desk, I don't trust this practice and wouldn't recommend it.

My experience with Zahnarztpraxis Panorama1 has been nothing short of amazing.

Starting with dental hygienist Meax Niezgodski, it’s evident that this office employs only the most skilled and experienced specialists. I’ve had numerous cleanings done by her, all of which were pain-free and carried out with the utmost attention to detail. After each cleaning, many of my friends commented on how clean and polished my teeth looked. Additionally, she provided valuable advice on how to maintain my oral hygiene to keep my teeth healthy and spotless for as long as possible.

Moving on to Dr. Elisabeth Hübner, I truly appreciate the personal touch she brought to my treatment. She managed to treat my condition in just a couple of sessions and helped me identify the most effective and cost-efficient path forward. I’ve had many dentists over the years, but I can confidently say that Dr. Hübner surpasses them all.

Lastly, I want to commend the rest of the staff for their friendliness, helpfulness, and clear communication.

If you’re looking for an English-speaking dental practice with highly skilled and professional staff, Zahnarztpraxis Panorama1 is the perfect choice.

All the staff are very accomodating and very friendly. They speak english well. The staffs explains well the procedures you get and they can be spontaneous if a free slot just open. The Dr. shows some videos to explain well what’s the problem going on and the possible solutions, great to communicate with patients. The Clinic is very clean and fresh in the eyes. I just had 2 procedures done in one appointment and it was done with total care. They offer drinks also. The Location is located exactly in the middle of Alexanderplatz, very easy to reach, the train station and Trams are nearby. A lot of food stalls and Cafes are just in the area also. All in all just a very great experience for a first Dental visit 🥰

Ich war bei beiden Ärzten und bin sehr zufrieden. Beide haben mir immer vorher erklärt was sie vorher machen und das hat mir gegen meine Angst geholfen. Ich hatte hier auch eine Zahnentfernung und sowohl die Behandlung war fast schmerz frei als auch die Schmerzen danach waren erstaunlich ertragbar. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe das leider schon anders erlebt bei anderen Zahnärzten. Und ich habe nie länger als 10 Minuten gewartet im Wartezimmer. Was ich sehr schätze. Die Möglichkeit auch mal 19 Uhr behandelt zu werden finde ich auch super, da ich nicht immer der arbeit fernbleiben kann nur für die Zahnreinigung.

Ich bin seit etwa einem Jahr dort in Behandlung und absolut zufrieden. Frau Hübner nimmt sich viel Zeit für Aufklärung, Beratung und bespricht verschiedene Therapieoptionen, sodass man sich als Patient wirklich sehr gut beraten und aufgehoben fühlt.
Das gesamte Team, angefangen vom Empfang über die Assistenz bis hin zur Zahntechnik leistet großartige Arbeit.

Great Praxis! I had the best dental cleaning in my life (I highly recommend DH Meax!). The process wasn’t painful at all and I was well informed about what’s going on the whole time. I also had a tooth extraction with Dr. Hübner - I’m very happy with the result- it healed quickly and without any issues. Overall a very good experience!

As tourists from abroad and in need of emergency dental, they were very accommodating in taking care of us despite being fully booked. They were very respectful and thankfully spoke English and were decently priced. I would definitely recommend for others looking to do dental in Berlin.

Ich hatte kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen und man hatte sich bemüht einen noch früheren zu finden, das schätze ich sehr. Vor Ort wurden die einzelnen Schritte sehr gut erklärt und ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Die Zahnärztin war sehr professionell und herzlich. Mir wurde die Abneigung zu den Zahnkontrollen genommen. Ich empfehle diese Praxis definitiv weiter!

Ich war sowohl bei Herrn, als auch bei Frau Hübner und ich habe mich bei beiden sehr gut aufgehoben und auch wahrgenommen gefühlt. Obwohl ich mich auf dem Zahnarztstuhl eher unwohl fühle, haben sie mir durch ihre angenehm ruhige Art relativ schnell meine Nervosität genommen.
Auch das restliche Team war sehr nett und man wurde herzlich empfangen. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen, um mir alles zu erklären und die Behandlung ging reibungslos. Ich kann die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen.
