The clinic has problems with appointments system. I was there 3 times and have not got a resolve of my problem which I needed very much.

First time I came and the lady on reception told me „you don’t have an appointment today - we don’t have any notes in the system“ which was exactly discussed before via phone call. But they took me quickly - saw on my teeth and decided what’s the next step.

The second time I came they gave me a very short termin - as it occurred when I was already there. 😂 And it was not that we discussed last time as I had exact problem with exact tooth and wanted it just to be fixed as I can not really chew.

So this time they planned not enough time to solve my problem which I only wanted to solve. The doctor made some other work for other tooth that my visit seems not useless. And he told me if I am not satisfied with the mistake about duration of termin - I should better prefer another clinic;)
I thought that time I have to be a good girl and better to concentrate on that what he made even if it’s not what I needed - so positive thinking.

The third time I came - it’s a mistake in the appointment system again. They asserted that I have not come last week for termin and that’s is 100% not true - as I had a paper as a proof where the next with termin was clearly written. By Kugelschreiber from them.

So this time it was clearly my last time with them as it’s clear the problem is not in me but inside of them.

They never excused about three times mistakes from their side and don’t learnt that they have communication problems inside the team. It’s unpleasant.

And the patients spent a lot of time driving there and back without getting help they needed.

Finally I found myself a good dentist that never made me wait for my appointments. The dentist was gentle, professional, and friendly that made me more at ease. He also paid attention to details and super patient dealing the procedure. Like I said before, I never really needed to wait when I came for my appointments and almost immediately being taken care of. After many times come to the Praxis, I can only recommend the place.

Kind, informative, attentive, and swift, Dr. Vaupel is a very good dentist I completely recommend.
In particular, the gifted and quality-oriented Prophylaxis specialist who attended me was superb. Apart from great, deep work, she generously gave me best practice advice on my situation. I left very satisfied and thankful.

Katastrophal Arzt ohne Ahnung holt euch lieber eine zweite Meinung und glaubt nicht alles was der Arzt sagt, wäre der Papa Bernhard Vaupel da wäre kein Ding aber bei den Junior nieeeee wieder. Zähne die man retten kann wurden rausgezogen und bei jeden sagt er zahn muss raus Prothese kommt rein. Wer sein Geld da lassen möchte kann es lieber woanders spendieren. Hab einne neuen Arzt gefunden und Gott sei Dank konnte er mir helfen und ich spare 600€
Gäbe es weniger als 1 Stern würde ich geben

Wonderful and welcoming dental clinic.
Dr. Vaupel and His assistants are just an amazing team. They took time with my deviated septal and breathing problems. They Understood my worries and cured my tooth ache.

Großartiges Team und tolle Zahnärzte! Ich hatte nach einem Umzug einen zahnärztlichen Notfall und durfte sofort in die Praxis und konnte umgehend behandelt werden. Ich wurde absolut transparent aufgeklärt und trotz der komplexen und somit langwierigen Behandlung wurde sich alle Ruhe und Zeit genommen um mich bestmöglich zu versorgen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, hier bin ich gerne Patient!

I had a wonderful experience visiting Dr. Vaupel today. It was my first time to visit a doctor in Berlin. All I can say is that Dr. Vaupel is very comforting and professional. First of all, he talked to me about my general stuffs to make me comfortable and then he carefully examined me. At the end, he provided me a detailed feedback in English. I will be visiting him next week again for further treatment. He also gave me few free samples of tooth paste and mouth wash which he mentioned is not advertisement and suggested me to feel free to choose any good product. There were two other staffs among whom I believe that one was Intern doctor. They were also very calm and helpful.

P.S.: If you face issue while entering the building main door, call the number. Everyone is very very helpful.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert. Ich war sehr lange Zeit in Behandlung und man hat mir trotz wöchentlicher Termine nicht geholfen. Immer wieder jeden Zahn aufgebohrt und schmerzen wurden nach jeder Behandlung schlimmer statt besser. Zudem möchte ich noch ergänzen, dass ich komplett neuen Zahnersatz brauche der gerade mal vor nicht mal 2 Jahren eingesetzt wurde. Bei den Wurzelbehandlungen ist eine Revision nötig bei einem Spezialisten. Ich bin super enttäuscht. Würde gerne 0 Sterne geben.

Als Neukunde problemlos und spontan zur Schmerzbehandlung angenommen worden, welche auch reibungslos ablief. :) Sehr humor- sowie verständnisvolle Ärzte + Arzthelferin. Habe meinen neuen Stamm- ZA gefunden. Sehr zu empfehlen.
