Incredibly helpful. I moved from the UK to Berlin and was told by another Dentist I would need to get 2 crowns and 3 fillings done at a total of 4000 EUR. This was after I was given the all clear by my dentist in the UK in Jan 25. In contrast Dr Michallis advised a partial crown and 3 fillings at 1200 EUR. No pain - very good work done and very happy service. In my opinion Dentistry should be as non invasive as possible and Dr Michallis works by this motto and I am very happy with the results.

Ms. Franziska Martinez Cruz is a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable dentist. She took the time to explain me about my situation and also gave me a good explanation of the process. And plus the clinic is really nice too and the receptionist was very kind too. I highly recommend them. And they also speak really good English :)

The dentist here is professional, but the way the front desk and scheduling system work is very frustrating. I was told I needed two fillings, but nobody informed me in advance that they would only treat one tooth per appointment. I took time off work and spent almost an hour to get here, only to be told I need another appointment weeks later. When I expressed my frustration, the answer was simply “accept the appointment or go somewhere else.”

The medical treatment itself might be fine, but the rigid and unhelpful rules at the reception make the experience extremely unpleasant. It really feels like something out of Kafka’s stories.
