My experience there would be described best as endurable: as something that needs to be done so one does it.

Disclaimer: I used to go to a super professional, caring, gentle dentist during my youth. That might have established high standards when it comes to my expectations towards a dental practice. Because of the high prices this doctor established, I decided to try another practice - this one.

The substance used agains carries (I assume it was for that) in the professional teeth cleaning left my mouth feeling numb and irritated. I would have appreciated if my lips would have been embalmed before the procedure to prevent them from getting cuts - but I do appreciate them embalming the lips after the cleaning. During the removal of the tartar my gums pained and were left equally irritated. I don’t know if that is supposed to be that way, but it explains why I found the procedure to be “endurable”. The people for the professional teeth cleaning were nice and kind. Some of their movements in handling my teeth were rough nonetheless.

In my second appointment I had two little wholes in my teeth that needed filling. I thought the movements of the new doctor were not very gentle. At times it just felt as if my mouth needed pads so they were just shoved in there. I didn’t appreciate the way the doctor communicated and acted with their assistant (that I was rather fond of) and the small disagreement they had over an apparatus. Neither did I value the slight smoke sent deriving from the doctor.
After the treatment, I feel the filling on the tooth when I stress it with my tongue. I will surely get used to it with time, but right now, I am not very happy about it.

My tendency now is to shift my priority to paying more but receiving a pleasant and gentle treatment in return. I will therefore prefer returning to my previous dentist.

Leider fühle ich mich mittlerweile sehr unwohl in dieser Praxis und werde nicht wiederkommen. Seit Dr. Savic nicht mehr da ist, wird auf die Hygienemaßnahmen gepfiffen, das Personal trägt die Maske unter der Nase, allen voran der Herr Doktor. Bei den letzten 2 Terminen roch es in der Praxis außerdem stark nach Zigarettenrauch. Nein, danke.

Ich habe mir ein Gebiss der oberen Zähne machen lassen. Übrigens die Praxis ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Die Zahnarbeiten wurden sehr gut ausgeführt.
Eine professionelle Zahnreinigung habe ich auch schon machen lassen. Jetzt sind in Kürze die unteren Zähne an der Reihe für einn Gebiss.
Ich kann die Praxis nur empfehlen.
