I have been visiting Aviva Grinfeld's dental practice for a number of years and have been happy overall.

Aviva does have a somewhat brash attitude and I can understand some of the other reviews that mention this. I do however feel that what she says is professional and correct - even if it *could* be delivered in a softer way at times.

During the time in which I have visited Aviva's practice I have needed a bone graft, tooth implant, as well as general dental cleaning.

I am surprised to read the other reviews, saying that unnecessary work was suggested (With nefarious implications). I consulted with another dentist, who confirmed that the dental work that Aviva recommended *for me* was necessary and afterwards they checked the work and confirmed that it had been done to a high standard. The other dentist did comment that the price did seem a little elevated, which supports some of the other reviews who mention the same thing. It is however nowhere near to the amount that any sane person would consider excessive. I'd rather pay a little more with the trust that I am getting good dental care but it is ultimately a personal choice.

I love the friendliness of the staff here and the fact that they all speak excellent English is a huge bonus. Even if you speak good German, it can be hard to know all of the specific terminology for dentistry. When they can explain some parts in English, it allows my to make informed choices about my dental care, which I truly appreciate.

I'll keep going here and would recommend Aviva's practice to my friends and family.

I went here a couple times recently for routine dental cleaning and fillings, and I've been meaning to leave a review. ( That I would even write a positive review of anything dental whatsoever is an impressive fact in and of itself.) The clinic itself is quite modest and minimal in decor, but the care, service and attention to detail that Dr. Grinfeld and her awesome team have bestowed upon me each visit has been really top-notch, exemplary in every way. I also appreciated Dr. Grinfeld's in-depth care, assessment and consultation regarding my teeth. She gave me new insights as to how truly important it is to establish a consistent and daily dental cleaning regimen, and for that, I thank you! 5 stars. :)

Been to several doctors over my two year stay in Berlin. Dr. Grinfeld definitely runs the most patient-friendly "praxis". The front desk staff are kind and friendly following the example set by Dr. Grinfeld herself.

Dr Grinfeld is likely the best dentist in Berlin. I have been her patient for several years and I have always received service and expertise of the highest quality. Appointments are easy, the staff are professional, and Dr Grinfeld has given me excellent dental care ever since I first came to her office. She seems to keep up with the latest effective methods and techniques, and she is very clear whenever explaining anything technical about my teeth and their ongoing care. Her degree from Tufts University in the USA is a top qualification, since Tufts Dental School has an excellent reputation. I feel I'm in the best hands at Dr. Grinfeld's office, and I recommend her very highly.

Dr. Grinfeld is incredible. I was traveling in Berlin, having just come from over two months of extensive work on a tooth - including a root canal, building of post, and temporary crown. I had excruciating pain and had to do something while visiting Berlin. I was full of anxiety and worry (about the cost and treatment). Dr. Grinfeld was incredibly communicative and took immediate proactive steps to relieving my pain. Her assistant was incredibly compassionate and her administrative associate is incredibly sweet! Overall, I wish I could have Dr. Grinfeld as my dentist back in the states, but I am so grateful I found her and she gave me great advice to carry with me.

I am totally happy with Dr. Grinfeld‘s treatment. She took such good care of my ( not so simple) dental problem. She and her team are very professional and thank goodness everybody speaks English in her office so it makes communication much easier. Aviva and her team are honestly amazing-totally professional, but still friendly, welcoming and completely reassuring. They have gone above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more grateful.
