The clinic was not well suited for young children. I took my 3-year-old son, who had never had a bad experience at the dentist before. However, as soon as we entered the treatment room, he became very upset. The dentist made no effort to help him feel comfortable or build trust and gave up very quickly, telling us to come back in six months instead.

What was especially disappointing was that I still had to pay for a consultation that never really took place. Overall, I would not recommend this clinic for families with small children.

I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time, only to spend about five minutes with the dentist. Unfortunately, this was not a one off experience. This was my third visit, and the same thing happened every time.

After waiting months for an appointment, I was seen briefly, told that treatment would start, and then given yet another appointment. Very little was actually done during each visit, while the treatment process kept being pushed further into the future.

Keeping patients waiting for hours and then dedicating only a few minutes to them shows a lack of respect for their time. I did not find this professional, and for that reason I have decided to continue my treatment elsewhere.

- Termin ohne zahnärztliche Behandlung (Gespräch + 2 Röntgenaufnahmen).
Zweiter Termin:
- 1,5 Stunden Verspätung
- Termin mit zahnärztlicher Behandlung, bei dem er kaum an einem Zahn arbeitet, ohne etwas zu reparieren.
Gesamtkosten für diese beiden Termine: 245 €
Ein totaler Betrug, gepaart mit einem unverschämten Preis.
Sie haben die Zahnarztpraxis auf Google „endgültig geschlossen“, um Patienten daran zu hindern, negative Bewertungen abzugeben.
Das sagt viel über die Ethik dieser Zahnarztpraxis aus.

Ich bin wahrscheinlich einer der ängstlichsten Patienten, wenn es um Zahnärzte geht. So einen Zahnarzt (F.Yashar) habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie erlebt! Er nimmt sich unglaublich viel Zeit, erklärt alles sehr detailliert und behandelt alles auf die bestmögliche Weise. Zusammen mit seinem Team schafft er eine wirklich angenehme und vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre. Ich kann gar nicht alles beschreiben, so gut ist er – man muss es selbst erleben! Absolute Empfehlung!👑👑👑👑

I’ve been going to Dr. F. Yashar, Dr Schiemann and the team for many years now, and I can honestly say I’ve never experienced such exceptional care and service from a dentist. They’ve supported me through every situation, always going above and beyond. I also got my Invisalign treatment done here, and I couldn’t recommend it more—if you’re thinking about it, this is the place to go not just for invisalign but any other dental treatment you might have! 😊
