Ich habe gestern mein Zahnimplantat bekommen und war vorher wirklich sehr nervös.
Die Zahnärztin Dr. Bayona war unglaublich lieb, einfühlsam und hat alles dafür getan, dass ich mich wohlfühle. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, alles erklärt und mir mit ihrer ruhigen Art ganz viel Angst genommen.
Auch der Zahnarzthelfer Ahmed war sehr freundlich und hat mit seiner Erfahrung und seinen Tipps dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe.
Und am Empfang fühlt man sich übrigens schon beim Betreten der Praxis direkt wohl!

Ich kann die Praxis von Herzen weiterempfehlen - insbesondere wenn man Angst vor dem Zahnarzt hat!

Durch und durch Profis
Von der super netten hilfsbereiten Rezeptionistin bis hin zur Zahnarzthelferin alle sind Profis und auch hilfsbereit.
Die Ärztin ist natürlich auch toll ihre Art färbt auf alle ab.
Sie ist ein Profi das merkt man auch mit Problemfälle wie meine Mutter hat sie eine Lösung gefunden.

Sie Zahnreinigung ist auch sensationell schnell und genau und es tut nicht weh.

I recently moved from the United States to Germany, and this was my first time visiting a dentist in a new country. I was a little nervous at first, but from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable.

The front desk staff is incredibly kind and friendly. She greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions patiently, and made the entire check-in process easy and stress-free.

All of the staff members are wonderful and take the time to explain everything, which really helps put you at ease. A special thank you to Ahmen who did my teeth cleaning. He is so kind and has a great way of making patients feel comfortable. He made friendly conversation throughout my appointment, which helped distract me from the dental work and made the experience much more relaxing.

I also want to recognize Dr. Isabel Bayona! Even with what I imagine is a very busy schedule, she takes the time to genuinely ask how you're doing and makes you feel like more than just another patient. That personal touch means a lot.

Overall, I can't recommend this dental office enough. The entire team is professional, caring, and welcoming. If you're looking for a dental practice in Germany where you'll feel comfortable and well taken care of, this is definitely the place to go!

Recientemente me mudé de los Estados Unidos a Alemania, y esta fue mi primera visita al dentista en un país nuevo. Al principio estaba un poco nerviosa, pero desde el momento en que entré, todo el equipo me hizo sentir muy bienvenida y cómoda.

La persona de recepción es increíblemente amable y atenta. Me recibió con una sonrisa, respondió todas mis preguntas con mucha paciencia e hizo que todo el proceso de registro fuera sencillo y sin estrés.

Todo el personal es maravilloso y se toma el tiempo para explicar cada paso del tratamiento, lo que realmente ayuda a que uno se sienta tranquilo. Un agradecimiento muy especial para Ahmen, quien realizó mi limpieza dental. Es una persona muy amable y tiene una gran habilidad para hacer que los pacientes se sientan cómodos. Durante la cita conversó conmigo de manera muy amena, lo que me ayudó a distraerme del procedimiento y a sentirme mucho más relajada.

También quiero reconocer a la Dr. Isabel Bayona. Aun teniendo una agenda que imagino muy ocupada, siempre se toma el tiempo para preguntarte sinceramente cómo estás y hace que te sientas como una persona, no solo como un paciente más. Ese trato tan cercano significa mucho para mí.

En general, no puedo recomendar este consultorio dental lo suficiente. Todo el equipo es profesional, amable y muy acogedor. Si estás buscando una clínica dental en Alemania donde te hagan sentir cómodo y bien atendido, este es, sin duda, el lugar indicado.

Ich bin mit der Beratung und Behandlung in der Zahnarztpraxis von Dr. Isabel Bayona sehr zufrieden.
Vor Kurzem habe ich eine Krone erhalten. Die Behandlung sowie die ausführliche Aufklärung waren hervorragend.
Die gesamte Behandlung war sehr professionell. Dr. Isabel Bayona nimmt sich viel Zeit, um alles verständlich zu erklären.
Auch die Atmosphäre in der Praxis ist sehr angenehm und harmonisch.
