I had booked an appointment at this place through Doctolib on the 14th because I was experiencing severe pain in my wisdom tooth. During the visit, they performed a check-up and scan, and I was asked to return on the 15th to have the wisdom tooth causing the pain removed.

I arrived on the 15th at 11:00 am and waited for half an hour. A receptionist then informed me that the doctor had not yet arrived and asked if I could return at 14:00. I agreed and went back home.

After a while, the receptionist called me and said the doctor would not be available that day, asking me to come the next day, the 16th, at 14:00. I went back on the 16th and waited for another half an hour. This time, the receptionist informed me that the doctor didn’t have time that day either and asked if I could come on the 20th. To my surprise, I saw the doctor treat a patient who arrived after me.

JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE IS NOT FROM THIS COUNTRY AND DOESN’T SPEAK THE LOCAL LANGUAGE FLUENTLY DOESN’T MEAN THEY AREN’T A HUMAN BEING WHO IS SUFFERING IN PAIN.

Extremely disappointed!!!
