Both my partner and I have been treated here for a few years, and from our experience, we couldn’t be happier. The team is always friendly, professional, and makes you feel at ease right away.

We’ve had regular checkups, some treatments, and cleanings, and everything has been done with great care. Since our first visit, the doctor has helped us keep our teeth in good shape and prevent future issues.

Both the doctor and the dental hygienist are fantastic, and the quality of their work gives us complete confidence every time.

I’ve tried a few dentists in Berlin, but this is the one I chose to stay with—I always feel I’m in good hands. Thank you!

STAY AWAY!!
I went to this praxis specifically because I read that they spoke in English, and unfortunately I don't speak any German, which I stated before even entering the box.
I went for a consultation and received an 85 euro bill, stating extra times and difficulties (one of the extra times was during the x-ray, in which the assistant didn't speak english and was giving me instuctions in german and the dentist didn't bother to translate until she got annoyed by the delay, I assume).
Also never got a full diagnosis, just for one teeth and I'm being charged a 25 euro fee for that. When I asked for more information at the clinic Dr. Tien just said "you have a lot of cavities".

I informed them that I don't have public insurance so I must pay for everything as private, and they didn't inform me on any costs of the consultation, just that I would receive a bill.

Upon talking to them by mail and requesting a rectification of the costs for the services provided because they include a lot of overtimes and a written diagnosis and treatment plan which I never got (the whole appointment took less than 30 min) Dr. Tien stated she would kindly sent me the diagnosis by mail at no additional cost and that the charges are undisputable. (?)
The receptionist doesn't speak English and the treatment is very poor.
Stay away, there are better places in Berlin with humane treatment!

PS: Please just take a look at this kind of reply. I insist, there are better practices, with better prices and much better services with english speaking stuff. Stay away from here.

PS2: After adding the first PS they quickly changed their reply to a more polite version. Unbelievable.

Ich bin so glücklich dass ich diese Praxis gefunden habe! Die Ärztin ist super nett und erklärt alles immer so dass Normalos das auch verstehen:)
Die Zahnreinigung ist für mich bis jetzt die Beste in Berlin! Sanft aber gründlich. Personal ist sowieso immer nett und auch kompetent.

Alles läuft ganz gut bei der Praxis. Klar natürlich kann es teuer werden wenn irgendwas ist, aber das ist überall so. Bei mir bis jetzt hat alles gut gepasst und funktioniert. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfreich und sympathisch.

Bisher habe ich mit der Praxis und der Frau Tien gute Erfahrung gemacht. Ich bin Angstpatientin. Da die Ärztin sich aber freundlich verhielt und fachlich Kompetent erscheint, konnte ich Termine auch mit Ängsten gut wahrnehmen.

Zahnklinik hat allgemein eine gute Eindruck gemacht.
Die Zahnärztin Frau Kim-Ha Nguyen Tien ist die Ärztin mit Herz, Seele und Verstand. Die junge Arzthelfern haben noch ein bisschen Verbesserungspotential ;-). Sonst gute, erfahrene Praxis und zu empfehlen!

I found Ms Tiem on Doctolib, after almost 3 years of persistent gum bleeding and inflammation which i had gotten checked with several dentists. Not one of the doctors found any issue with my teeth or gums, not just did she do a great job getting the gum inflammation under control with the periodontal treatment but also took care of issues with my previous root canal treatments and teeth mobility issues. I also had issues with tooth grinding and she helped me with the guard to mitigate it. After 5 months I feel so relieved that I found her and she was able to take care of my teeth issues. I found her very competent, thorough, sincere and committed to doing a quality job unlike others who were just making quick money and providing a quick fix.
I also found Ms Olbrich very thorough with her cleaning and did a very good job. Thank you!

Im Anamnesebogen werden neben der obligatorischen Frage nach der Zusatzversicherung ($$$), Fragen zum Rauchverhalten, zum Alkoholkonsum und zu diversen Themen wie Nieren-, Augen-, Lungenerkrankungen usw. gestellt. Den Bogen kann man nur digital (Tablet) ausfüllen und man kann keine Fragen überspringen. Man gibt am Ende ein sehr umfangreiches Gesundheitsprofil von sich Preis, obwohl man vielleicht nur zur Kontrolle oder Zahnreinigung möchte.
Mir ist bewusst, dass man einige Daten zur Einschätzung von Krankheitsbildern benötigen könnte, aber die Fragen sind zu umfangreich und der Druck, dass man ALLES beantworten muss, einfach sehr unangenehm.

Ich würde diese Praxis daher nicht empfehlen.

Panische Angst war mein stetiger Begleiter, ich ging nur zum Zahnarzt, wenn die Schmerzen nicht mehr auszuhalten waren. Heute wurde ich erstmalig mit wahnsinnigen Schmerzen von Frau Nguyen Tien behandelt und bin überzeugt von ihrer fachlichen Kompetenz und ihrem Einfühlungsvermögen. Die Wurzelbehandlung verging schmerzfrei wie im Flug. Ich möchte behaupten, dass mein nächster Besuch mit deutlich weniger Angst verbunden sein wird. Vielen Dank dafür 🙂

Die Praxis ist sehr schön und die Zahnärztin Frau Tien erklärt alles ruhig und sachlich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und beraten. Die Behandlungen waren immer sehr gut!
Bonus Fact: ich bin Spritzen-Phobiker, aber bei der Injektion kaum etwas gespürt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Eine tolles Team und eine sehr professionelle Zahnärztin. Ich schätze sowohl die Behandlungen selbst als auch die nette Atmosphäre und die wirklich guten Rahmenbedingungen. Es läuft viel digital ab, man wird sehr transparent beraten und es gibt Öffnungszeiten, die es jedem mit einem längeren Arbeitstag einfacher machen. Meine absolute Empfehlung (und das nach einem halben Leben bei unterschiedlichen Zahnärzten)!
