Ich habe meine Letzten 2 Weisheitszähne bei ihm entfernen lassen. Sie wuchsen beide fast waagerecht nach vorne. Den linken hat Doktor Saeed in nur 10 minuten entfernt. Für den Rechten, welcher durch ein Ct bestätigt sehr nervnah saß und Kariesinfiziert und deshalb marode war, hat er weniger als 20 Minuten gebraucht.
Beide male komplett ohne irgendwelche schnitte setzten zu müssen. Somit wird der Abheilprozess deutlich schneller erfolgen als wenn man alles Rausschneiden würde.
Ein Doktor dem man vertrauen kann.
Jeder der Weisheitszähne entfernt haben möchte ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.

I really hate the dentist but chipped my tooth so I had to come in. I also don’t speak German and am paying privately. Dr. Saeed was really gentle and professional with how he handled everything. I felt comfortable even though my mouth was a disaster. As a result, I ended up with 1 cavity removal and 2 fillings + a full mouth periodontal treatment. It was reasonably priced and Herr Doctor was great. I wouldn’t say he speaks fluent English but it’s comprehensive for me to walk out with 4 treatments. The facility is clean and all his staff are very attentive. Nonetheless, recommend for international people.

Worst personal treatment of my life!

I asked for a basic teeth cleaning, as with my insurance I should receive one free per year. I arrived yesterday to the clinic and the lady of the recepcion lied to me and told me they only offer teeth cleaning in value of 120 euros, but this money would be reinboursed by the Techniker Krankensse, which I later found out it was absolutelly fake! This is already a fraude, but this was not at all the reason of the conflict.

The cleaning was done by the same lady who assesed me wrong about the prices of the item, and was the whole time acting very stressed, passive-agressive and with an absolute lack of touch. She was the whole time getting pissed because I couldnt keep my mouth open and because I stand up twice to take water. I was feeling sorry for her, as I thought she might be a person who suffers in life, and was considering the whole time if I should say anything to her attitude or simply let it pass, which in the moment I decided to let it pass. Almost at the end of the operation she freaked out when I pushed the water botton to have some water and she shoutted me telling me " Not to push it" in very bad manners. In this moment I decided to change my attitude and told her to treat me properly and asked her why is she treating me like that the whole time. She left the room telling me "next time you go to your dad"(I told her he is also a dentist) and "we dont want your money" (of course the did wanted it). Then she couldnt finish the treatment and another colleague came to finish it. Nobody really apologised about this fact, and they asked me to come back the next day as I had another appointment for a tooth repairment. I told them I wouldnt leave them a bad comment, as it would be unfair for the bad treatment of one person of their team.

Today I was considering not coming to the appointment as the situation of the day before was one of the most stresfull I have ever experienced, but I decide to come on order not to cancel them last minute.

I arrived and waited 30 minutes, and after this time of the woman dentist came and greated me with the typical "Was wollen Sie dann?!?!" and told me I am no longer welcome in this clinic. She didn't even give me the chance to give her my argument or discuss, simply closed the door on my face.

An absolute lack of respect to me as a patient and as a human being.

Ausgezeichneter Arzt. Hat das Problem sofort erkannt (anders als bei einem anderen Arzt). Zahnbruch, Zahn war nicht zu retten (zweite Meinung gesucht, der zweite Arzt, der das Problem nicht sofort erkannt hat, bestätigte, dass der Zahn raus muss). Habe sehr schnell einen Termin bekommen. Dr. Saeed hat den Zahn rausgezogen. Keine Beschwerden. Alles perfekt und unkompliziert, nicht viele Worte, dafür Taten. Wenn Inplantant, dann nur bei ihm.Danke vielmals !
